Everyday, JediJoy’s voice gets better. We are measuring the progress of improvement, not the final outcome compared to how others sing. That’s how you learn how to sing. In the meantime, be sure to laugh at yourself and have fun. Because, you WILL get better.
Bathing is essential to a healthy Jedi lifestyle. In modern times, we have replaced the rituals of bathing with taking a shower. There is a big difference. First, skin hydration. Your hair and skin will more efficiently hydrate when submerged under water as opposed to simply showering off. Second, flexibility. I use this time to stretch and massage any sore muscles. And third but not last is meditative. Take some time to think about the day ahead or work out any issues that need to be addressed before you taking on the day.
Today, we are out of money so any donations will help. Thank you!
This is a home photo shoot for fitness and practice. The lighting is natural apartment lighting (mixed matched fluorescents, candecents and some direct current LEDs) so it gives it that “warehousey” effect.
JediJoy uses very little make up and she braids her hair because years of blow drying and flattening not only damaged her hair, but the radiation from the blow dryer caused excessive anxiety first thing in the morning. JediJoy prefers braids because she says, “They are an independent and confident look that also shows my Native American heritage. “
