Bathing is essential to a healthy Jedi lifestyle. In modern times, we have replaced the rituals of bathing with taking a shower. There is a big difference. First, skin hydration. Your hair and skin will more efficiently hydrate when submerged under water as opposed to simply showering off. Second, flexibility. I use this time to stretch and massage any sore muscles. And third but not last is meditative. Take some time to think about the day ahead or work out any issues that need to be addressed before you taking on the day.
