Yesterday, I wasn’t feeling well, because I had some meat that was questionable if it was truly organic. I woke up this morning feeling much better. I eat all Organics, GMO Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Caffeine Free, Alcohol Free and Low Sugar to stay fit.
If you eat like I do you can stay fit with very light exercise and you are able to eat when you are hungry and not overeat.
I was bulimic for 15 years. I struggled with overeating. I found out that I had Candida Overgrowth. I believe everyone has it due to GMOs. If you cut out the GMOs and eat all Organics, you will feel awesome and finally get to your dream body and feel better than ever.
The Jedi love nunchucks. They are a fantastic workout. Nunchucks get the lactic acid out of your muscles. They are very therapeutic. They were once a farming tool, now we use them for exercise. They can also be used as a weapon, but in order to be used as a weapon you have to learn the art of the chucks.
While you are learning nunchucks you will hurt yourself so much more than you will hurt another person. We have both had a bunch of bruises, cuts and welts from the nunchucks.
I recommend getting a practice pair for a fun workout. Just be careful not to hit yourself in the head, eye, mouth or chin like we have several times. It can hurt like a bitch. When it heals that part of your body only gets stronger.

Thank goodness we live in the desert so we can air dry. We lived in Panama 🇵🇦, it was so humid that our wet clothes never air dried.
My neighbor was so mad. I never sweat the small stuff. We used to live and survive before we had dryers. It’s all good. Little things like this make me chuckle. A lot of people take life way too seriously and one hiccup in their day ruins it. I always laugh when something is off or not working. It gives you the opportunity to do something different and improvise.
Look at every supposed nuance as an opportunity to have variety in your day. Even if it takes more time, who cares, you can always adjust plans. Life is too short to get upset really over anything.
GMOs Cause = Candida Overgrowth
Candida Overgrowth Causes the following symptoms:
-Low Sex Drive
-Loss or motivation
-Lactic Acid Build Up
Foods and substances that encourage Candida Overgrowth include:
-Sugar (especially refined sugars)
-Convential Foods (ie: anything that is not Organic)
-Artificial colors, sweeteners, flavors and meat
*Chicken and Eggs are no longer GMO Free, even if labeled that way. They feed the chickens corn. Corn does not have non GMO seeds available. They are all contaminated and genetically modified. The original pure seed no longer exists.
In order to get rid of Candida Overgrowth, you must eliminate the things from your diet that encourage the growth of Candida from the list above.
In our current society with the climate of the food, people are having to over exercise to compensate for the conventional crap and the GMOs. The regular food is making people feel fat and sluggish. People are having to kill themselves working out at the gym to stay thin.
If you eat all Organics, GMO Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Caffeine Free, Alcohol Free and Low Sugar then you can lose weight and feel great with light exercise. I like to do light home exercises like push ups, crunches, squats, nunchucks, and dancing. JediRich also walk all over and enjoy swimming during summertime.
Strenuous working out is hard on your body, especially you joints, bones, and organs. Things like running are very hard on your joints. Strenuous exercise leads to early aging. It’s important to not use exercise to compensate for overeating. Exercise should be for your health, not so you can consume more.
If you are working out so hard that you have to eat way more food, you are causing unnecessary extra work on your body. It is also very wasteful and it is considered an Eating Disorder. It’s called Exercise Arexia when you work out to eat. Or eat and then over workout to compensate for the extra calories. This is a bad road to go down. For one thing if you ever take breaks on your exercise routine, you will be bound to gain weight. That’s not a good idea.
The best way to go about is everything in moderation. Organic eating in moderation and exercise in moderation. Working out should be fun and not dreaded.
Candida is a yeast that resides in our body and creates havoc on our systems when there is an overgrowth of the yeast. The primary cause of Candida overgrowth is GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms).
They started modifying the food in 1985. At the time, it seemed like this was the best solution for a potential food shortage. Now all these years later we are finally started to notice all the harm GMOs have done. We have more obesity, diseases and disorders than ever before.
It is crucial to cut out GMOs, in order to be healthy and get to your perfect, ideal weight. GMOs have encouraged an overgrowth of Candida which makes you feel fat, depressed, not sexual, bloated, irritable, lightheaded and many more.
In order to get rid of the Candida Overgrowth, one must eat Non GMO Organics. Candida “feed” or thrive on the following, so you must also cut out:
Gluten, Dairy, Caffeine, Alcohol, Artificial Colors, Sweeteners, Flavors, Artificial meats, Eggs, and Chicken. Anything that is not Organic these days has GMOs. You must go all Organic.
You must stick to these eating habits for life, if you want to eliminate Candida Overgrowth and lose that weight that has been driving you batty. This is a lifestyle change. You have to take it back to the basics. The way our ancestors used to eat.
“Canidia Cleanses” and “Candida Diets” do not work. They are fad diets. To lose candida you must completely change your eating habits and your eating lifestyle. That includes eliminating all caffeinated and sugar beverages including orange juice and apple juice. No dairy, no pasta, no grains, no gmos NO ALCOHOL and NO CAFFINE; ever.
Once you understand the causes of candida overgrowth, then you’ll know why you must change your eating lifestyle from “LIVING TO EAT to EATING TO LIVE”.
Most of my life I struggled with eating disorders and weight issues. I had all the Eating Disorders including Anorexia, Bulimia, Exercisearexia and I used to overuse Laxatives and diuretics. I never wanted to wear a swimsuit or get naked. I felt very self conscious about my body. I tried so many fad diets and lifestyles like Vegan and Vegetarian. Nothing seemed to ever work for me till now.
I became a Vegan when I was 12. I did that for about 5 years and Vegetarian for about 5 years. After I was Vegan, my weight sky rocketed. So eventually, I went back to eating meat. It’s very important to get your protein from real organic meat. The artificial meats are all genetically modified. They were created in a lab as a substitute for real meat. They do not come from nature. Most are made with proteins like Gluten or Gluten like substances. Those have all kinds of health issues and make you fat and hungry all the time. Organic foods from nature are the only way to go.
If you are a Vegan or vegetarian and you eat only organic things from nature, it might work out for you. But if you are eating foods that have been created by Science in a lab, then that’s going to lead to health problems and weight gain.
They had not done enough studies when they first started experimenting with food and creating all these meat alternatives or artificial foods. Now about 40 years later we are starting to see the side effects. People are getting bigger and fatter, have more diseases, more depressed and feeling less confident then ever before.
I never felt good about my body. Now at 33 years old, I finally do. How did I do it? I started eating all Organics, GMO Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Caffeine Free, Alcohol Free, Low Sugar, and High protein. No processed or packaged foods. I make everything homemade and with all Organics. This seems like a long list, but all it is, is the way our ancestors used to eat.
Ever since they started modifying our food and adding sugar to everything, society has gotten larger and had more health problems and diseases. Most diseases are directly correlated to your diet. You can even cure cancer when you don’t consume all this conventional garbage and sugar. Cancer, Candida and organisms that are harmful to your health, live on sugar. Cut out the sugar, the harmful organisms die and cannot grow through your body.
JediRich’s father John died from Cancer. Unfortunately his doctor advised him to eat an all sugar diet when they discovered the cancer. Which made the cancer flourish. His father only lasted for 5 years once the doctor switched him to an all sugar diet. He got sicker and sicker. I wish he could have known at the time, what we know now. It would have cured his cancer. Instead within 5 years he went from bad to worse and the cancer had a frenzy with the sugar content he was consuming.
One of the last things he said to JediRich is stop eating Gluten. On his death bed he had clarity that Gluten was an issue. This is what set my research off in motion. I thought there must be an important reason why that was the last advice JediRich’s dad gave him. I started looking into all the food issues with our current society. I scoured the Internet. I tried and failed at taking some things out of our diet, till I finally came up with what I now do. I have never felt this good in my entire life. Thank you John Lightowler for saving mine and JediRich’s lives in your last words of advice while you were living. It changed our lives forever.
Obesity has become a huge problem all over the world, especially the US. I hear all the time about restrictions and diets and new exercise techniques to lose weight every day. These quick fix fad diets never work because it’s the food that’s the problem. It’s not a self control problem or a calorie problem or a laziness problem.
The problem is conventional food makes you fat...bottom line. People compensate by starving themselves or over working out. They act like if people are fat because they only eat cookies all day. Most people are generally trying to watch what they eat. It has become unfair to society, what used to be considered healthy, no longer is.
Organic is the way food used to be. Conventional is not healthy. That’s why everyone is struggling with keeping fit and trim. Organics are the key. I am telling you from empirical evidence. Meaning I have done trial and error to figure out what is the key to feeling good and being fit and healthy with light exercise. I rarely do any super strenuous exercise and I still stay thin and fit eating Organics and consuming cannabis.
Cannabis is extremely helpful for weight loss and weight management as well. Most people assume cannabis gives them the munchies. Why that occurs is most of us are undernourished due to not getting our proper nutrition due to the conventional options. Once you eat Organics and Cannabis then you will find that Cannabis takes away the anxiety of food.
I used to obsess about food constantly. Cannabis relaxes your anxiety, which makes you less hungry. A lot of what we think is hunger, is just anxiety or even habit. We think we are hungry because it is the time you usually eat. Next time you go to eat due to routine. Ask yourself if you are really hungry now or is your body in the routine or habit of eating. Cannabis helps with bringing down your anxiety, so you can validly determine if you are actually hungry or eating out of habit or depression.
I highly recommend if you live in a state that cannabis is legal to try some. The worst thing that ever occurs from getting too stoned is you go to sleep. Give it a try and you will see what I mean.
I first starting consuming cannabis in 2016. Prior to that, I always thought it would make me fat, sluggish and lazy. Instead the exact opposite occurred. I lost weight, I became more creative and active. JediRich and I have never been happier since we started consuming cannabis and Organics.
Exercise should be for health not for losing weight or being able to eat more. Compensating for overeating by exercising is tough on all your body especially your organs.
People have had to exercise to stay thin since they started messing with the food supply and adding sugar and GMOs to everything. Gyms became popular in the 80s when they started changing the food.
Now people have to overexercise for the food they eat. If you are doing this then this is an Eating Disorder as well. It’s called ExerciseArexia. It’s a version of Anorexia, but instead of not eating, people overeat and use exercise to avoid getting fat. It’s a bad road to go down. It ages you faster and puts a ton of unnecessary strain on your body.
I grew up very religious. I no longer am. What irritates me about these Christians now, is that they say and live by things that are not even in their Bible. It doesn’t matter to me what they believe, but if you are going to quote something, get your facts right. These Christians do not even know what their own book they live by says. I know the Bible well. My parents went to Bible college and I went to Christian school my whole life. I don’t agree with the Bible, but I would say half the crap they are regurgitating from their pastors is not even in the book. The Bible is Lost in Translation, but somehow they take it word for word. It boggles my brain. I don’t understand how they don’t understand this.
