Feel free to contact anytime, day or night. But we prefer texting as we do not use voice-mail (too many creeps) and we do not answer voice calls.
Video is from October 2018. The song is from October 2019.

Every morning, JediJoy and I find it relaxing to feed the locals critters and watch the Sunrise. It’s a natural anti-depressant.
Trust Your Feelings
You've heard that before. And in your life, when you've trusted your feelings, your feelings got hurt. Ouch.
At some point in your early childhood, your brain and you decided that you didn't want to ever have your feelings hurt again. So you and your brain devised ways to protect your feelings from getting hurt. Like a child, your feelings were safe in both of your protection.
That was until your feelings wanted to be with someone that you and your brain thought was "unsafe". So you taught your brain "rules". Rules on how and who to date, regardless of your true feelings.
At first, your feelings were copasetic with the arrangement. The three of you could sit at dinner safely with someone who wasn't going to hurt your feelings. On the contrary, as time went by, it appeared that everything your feelings wanted would actually hurt your partner's feelings. WTF? Eventually, you and your brain learned that it was best to keep your feelings needs and desires to yourself, so that you didn't hurt the other persons feelings.
Why Am I So Concerned About Other People Feelings?
Because you are a good person. Thats why.
However, there are people who prey on those good people. They take advantage of the fact you enjoy helping others.
After you've been taken advantage of enough times, you seek safety for your feelings. Each time, you create new rules. What you've done is you are systematically removing anyone who your feelings are attracted to because of prior experience. You are prejudice against your true feelings. And eventually, your feelings will turn to anger. So anytime you express yourself, it will either be anger or sadness.
No worries. All you have to do is unlearn your brain. You have imagine other possibilities and put the possibilities into action. You. may make a lot of mistakes, but each time you express yourself, your feelings get smarter and stronger. If its been a while since you've expressed yourself, be careful. You may need to scream and shout for awhile=. How would you feel if your two best friends locked you in a trunk for [insert your age here] years.
Once you get past the anger. work with your feelings. Trust the, JediJedi cries every time she hears "When September Ends." She doesn't know why. But her feelings know that when September ends its October 1st.
That's why JediJoy Lightowler cries every time she hears this song by Green Day.
