STEP 2: Buy the proper foods. Go to Whole Foods on Charleston and get FROZEN ORGANIC BONES.
Two packages organic bones ($40)
5 lbs of frozen organic ground beef ($35)
4 bunches of Collard greens ($10)
Organic Olive oil ($15)
During the first 30 days, very small amounts of organic fruit and organic almonds. We are starving the addiction in your body. The addiction thrives when you eat sugar and caffeine. The addiction is causing you to have intense sugar, alcohol and salt cravings. These intense cravings will come and go. If you can manage dieting for just eight hours, then the cravings will subside more each day (become less strong).
STEP 3: Prepare the food. One package of bones in the crock pot for 12 hours. This is your fast food. Keep it on warm throughout the day. When you get home, eat a bowl of bone broth. When you want a snack, eat a bowl of bone marrow. Now, prepare your dinner.
Make 2 pounds of beef patties.
Dice 6 cloves of garlic.
Heat a frying pan on medium with some oil.
Add diced garlic cook for 5 minutes
Shape the ground beef into six patties.
Add the beef patties, and cook them on medium for 20 minutes.
Add avocado, if you want.
There’s breakfast lunch and dinner. Eat the bone broth for snacks and fast food. Bring the beef patties to work in a container. After Day 1, you will notice a change.
