Wow. It sure got good and cold and windy real fast. Damn, it was t-shirt weather yesterday.
How does it get so nasty when the weather was so nice yesterday?
Underage 'Real Doll' Brothel Opens in Las Vegas - Is That Legal?
Las Vegas just opened it's first 'robot' brothel. Legally, you can exchange a few dollars for robot service that will includes sexual release. Awesome.
Men and women are naturally sexually attracted to the beauty of a young female. Recently, society has increased the age of sexual consent from puberty to 18 years old in most states. This anti-sex belief stems has roots in American puritan history. Originally, most states said if a girl was 14, she could consent to having sex. And that's pretty much how its been for about 250,000 years. Mother Nature pretty much said a 14 year old knows how the world works. If not, someone better tell her quick. But then, the Mother's Against Drunk Driving crowd took the wheel. Now, we have been idling at a Dunkin Donuts in front of a church since 1985, girls aren't having sex they are eating sugar and going to church.
What are the age limits? What are the rules? There cannot be a law passed against stone being their computer - or can we? Perhaps we need to draw up Universal Robotic Rules. Robots have feelings too. Feelings are a part of intelligence, therefore as A.I. grows, so will our sexual attraction for R2D2 and C3P0.
Story in the works....
Huh? That’s a total of $1.5 billion for the Palms Casino in just 3 years. Someone do the numbers. Because that’s a ridiculous amount of money being laundered, I mean, lost.
Frank Fertittas Has Got The Biggest Set of Balls in Las Vegas History
KAOS had to close after 5 days after opening because they could not afford pay their DJs.
Meanwhile, Frank Fertittas spent $25 million on his daughters wedding that included headliners Bruno Mars, John Mayer and Seal.
It was a wedding that makes ‘Tony Soprano’ look like a cheapskate.
Frank took over Stations Casinos in 2015. Stations was the best ‘locals only’ casinos until Frank. Since then, he’s used this publicly traded company as an ATM for instant cash.
Jon Gray was hired to manage Red Rock Resorts’ $690 million renovation of the Palms Casino.
Jon Gray was lured from NIKE by Frank Fertittas to be the “fall guy” for the largest shareholder investor scam in history.
Alex Cordova AKA “the lil bitch” knew that about the scam. So when Alex heard that Jon Gray AKA ‘THE DOPE’ was going down for the KAOS embezzlement scam, Alex the ‘lil bitch bought A FIRST CLASS TICKET to Bali, or Ibiza, outside of US extraditions.

Home of the Second Chances... and 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc...
If it weren't for Las Vegas, Jedi Joy and Jedi Rich Lightowler would be dead.
JediRich.com Studios in Las Vegas will be forever grateful to Las Vegas for being the home of second chances. Just like you and the Raiders felt abandoned by your family in Oakland, Jedi Rich and Jedi Joy Lightowler were also abandoned.
We know how hard it is to survive in a world where nobody has your back. Jedi Joy's mother committed suicide when she was in the Air Force. Jedi Joy was a stellar candidate for rapid success and advancement until that incident. As protocol, she was grounded. Talk about a double-blow.
Jedi Joy joined the Air Force when she was 17.
Yes, 17. Her "parents" were her dad, Mark Kirkpatrick and her new step mom, Sher Durkee-Kirkpartick, heir to Durkee Metal Testing Paramount. Durkee Metal does testing for NASA.
Sher was extremely jealous of her relationship with her father. Why wouldn't she be? Her own son hated Sher so much that he moved out at age 12 to live with another family. Mark probably can't stand the bitch. So neither did Joy. And Sher wasn't going to let Mark pay for one cent of Joy's college. This is text-book step mom behavior.
Nobody likes Sher. Not even her own son. Her son moved out at age 12 to live with another family. Sher did not care because her Justin was a burden between her and her new husband. Mark and Justin hated each other. So they kicked him out at 12 and he moved fun with another family.
When Joy was 16, her sister promised her that she could life with her in San Diego. Jedi Joy's home-life was already destroyed by Sher Kirkpatrick. Sher came in, seduced Mark and they moved to Los Angeles; 6 hours away from Joy.
Joy decided to pack up her things when she was 16 to move to San Diego with her sister who was in college. When Joy went to live with Sarah in San Diego, Sarah decided that out wouldn't work out. Her place was too small for a high school student and suggested that she should move to Long Beach with Dad and Sher.
What a disappointment for Joy. She had dreams of living free in San Diego, but she was betrayed and sent to her step-mom's house in Long Beach for her senior year of high school. Talk about the complete opposite of "living the dream".
Turns out that wasn't true. When her mother committed suicide, the only assistance the US Air Force offered Joy was counseling and grounding. When asked to enlist, she politely said "no". When asked if she had injuries as a result of the military she politely said "no", even though she lost 1/2 her hearing in combat.
It was so late in the year, she just did a self study charter school and graduate a year early. At 17, she joined the US Air Force. She thought for sure they would NEVER abandon an airmen.
She said "no" because she is loyal to the American people. For whatever reason, Jedi Joy did not want to take "free" disability check from the government for her hearing. Thank you for your service, Jedi Joy.
Mark Davis - welcome to Las Vegas - home of second chances. And third chances.... and fourth... take as many chances as you need.
LAS VEGAS, NV: Today marked the the beginning of a new era for the Raiders. They are now the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders.
The NFL Las Vegas Raiders
In a rare move, the NFL announced the Las Vegas Raiders in advance of the NFL’s fiscal calendar - March 18, 2020.
JediRich.com Studios was at the ceremony. The crowd was less than enthusiastic.
There seemed to be a lot of tension between Mark Davis one of the cheerleaders. One of the players was trying to get the announcer to “lighten up”. The announcer was noticeably irritated by the whole event.
INTERESTING NOTE: Mark Davis thanked SHELDON ADELSON and Mayor Goodman. Last checked, the Stadium is outside of the Mayor’s jurisdiction and Sheldon was supposedly not an investor . Further, Sheldon owns the Review-Journal. JediRich.com Studios has suspected that Sheldon uses the paper to suppress facts about construction project in Las Vegas in order to deceive investors. In this case, the investors are the Bank of America, the Clark County taxpayers, and the PSL season ticket buyers.
It almost appeared as if they made the surprise announcement in advance in order to either distract the public from the problems they are having building the Stadium or this was pressure on Don Webb to get the Stadium done. Mark Davis and Steve Sisolak mentioned to pressure to finish on time more than once.
2 Injured at Fashion Show Mall Shooting
LAS VEGAS, NV: Spring Mountain to Mel Torme is shut down due to a shooting incident at Fashion Show mall that left two people injured in stable condition.
The description of the shooter is a hispanic male wearing a red hoodie. If you see anyone matching that description in the area, please contact the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
Playing Dodge Ball with Don Webb
LAS VEGAS, NV: The Jedi attended the Las Vegas Stadium Review Board quarterly meeting in Las Vegas on Thursday, January 16, 2020. We were hoping to get some answers surrounding the major roof raising delay caused by the ill-fitting roof trusses built incorrectly in June of 2019. But, Don Webb, the COO of Las Vegas Stadium Company ducked structural integrity questions while Board Member and Local 827 Treasurer, Tommy White, ducked out of the entire meeting.
Don Webb came with prepared speeches. He compared the roof raising project to building a “dog house”. When asked about the severity of overstressing of structural members of the Stadium, Don Webb minimized the dangerousness of the roof raising project by making a comparison to building a “dog house”. Last year, Don Webb compared danger and preciseness the roof raising project to a 17-Acre Swiss watch.
Webb also said that he does not believe that "weather" will affect the scope of his project. To ask Don Webb questions regarding the structural safety of the Stadium was akin to playing dodge-ball. He became noticeably agitated when asked about the structural safety of the Stadium. He diverted the conversation to vague analogies and interrupted reporters' questions before they could finish.
JediRich.com Studios was the first to report that a truss came down in June 2019, and first to report that the trusses did not fit, and the first & only website and/or news outlet to warn the authorities that the roof would be a structural problem. In November 2019, the roof cables overstressed structural members of the stadium that caused steel bolts to snap resulting in a delay until May 2020.
Stay tuned for more updates as we watch this stadium come together. It is looking gorgeous.
Another One Bites the Dust
LAS VEGAS, NV: Another two casinos just exchanged hands on the Las Vegas Strip; the MGM Grand and the Mandalay Bay. The acquirer of the properties was Blackstone Realestate in a $4.6 billion lease-back deal.

Blackstone and MGP will jointly own the MGM Grand and Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas. This joint agreement will cost Blackstone an investment of $4.6 billion plus $150 million shares of MGP Class A stock. MGP will own 50.1% will Blackstone Real Estate will maintain 49.9% ownership.

Review-Journal Finally Reports a Roof Delay at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS, NV: Today, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that the stadium's roof raising project is delayed until May 2020.
JediRich.com applied pressure to the Review-Journal through Twitter and email. JediRich notified the Review-Journal's publishers & editors, the F.B.I., the S.E.C., F.I.N.R.A., Fox News, CBS News, NBC News, ABC News, the Attorney General's office, the Governors Office and probably many others.

ALLEGIANT STADIUM RECEIVED A STOP-WORK ORDER NOVEMBER 2019
LAS VEGAS, NV: Work has ceased at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas due to failed safety inspection. The Raiders and the National Football League are still selling tickets but they have failed to inform the buyers of this material information regarding the Stadium. JediRich.com Studios checked for you; there are NO REFUNDS.
GULBRANSEN PROMOTES PROGRESS TO BOOST SALES
AKERS ARROGANCE CONTINUES
JediRich.com Studios Emailed the Publisher and Editors of the Review Journal
The real question is, why won't Ken Moyer and his associate editors release this information to the season ticket buyers? A stop work order is only issued when the building is not safe.
The editors at the Las Vegas Review-Journal were made aware of the potential catastrophe earlier this week:
No response. No warning to season ticket holders. Only continued promotion of the progress at the Las Vegas Stadium Project.
Who owns the Las Vegas Stadium Company?
Workers could have died and the roof could fall on the fans but the Keith and his associates feel that its more imprtant top meet the deadlines. Who is Keith's boss? Sheldon Adelson. There's a Bank of America hedge fund that can be unsealed.
I can't find their register in the Clark County Businesss lichees search. Are they a Clark County business?
Common Examples of Stop Work Order Conditions
No one knows why the project received a STOP WORK ORDER. The Las Vegas Review-Journal's reporters - Mick Akers, Ed Graney, Vinny Bonsignore, Rick Velotta, as well as Entercom & CBS SPORTS RADIO personality Scott Gulbransen - have been changing the budget and scope of the project though the media. You can read about that malfeasance here.

Evidence that the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Rick Velotta, Ed Graney, Mick Akers and Scott Gulbransen Deceived the Taxpayers, the NFL, the Bank of America, Allegiant Airlines and the State of Nevada

The Las Vegas Review-Journal is Withholding Material Facts About the Structural Safety of the Las Vegas Stadium
We concluded that the Review-Journal and the Mortenson-McCarthy Construction team were never going to report any bad new at the stadium for fear that the investors (PSL ticket holders) would not finance the building. However, we are not talking about landscaping delays. This is about structural safety that resulted in 8 structural bolts breaking when the roof system collapsed in November due to incompetence, negligence and belligerence. So Alien Nic took matters into his own hands and started researching. And when he found something, he reported to the Review-Journal, and the Las Vegas News Media Outlets: Scripps, Sinclair, Meredith and FOX aka KTNV-13, KSNV-3, 8-NEWS NOW, and FOX-5 VEGAS.
But because no one reported any delays at the Las Vegas Stadium Event Co. construction site, Grand Canyon Development Partners had to shut the project down for safety. GCDP was hired to perform a third party inspection report. They discovered the weight of the cables overstressed structural members of broke 8 bolts that were attached to the roof trusses. This occurred when they attempted to lift the roof. The project got shut down in November 2019.
On November 18th 2019, Rick Velotta had knowledge that the Las Vegas Stadium Project had been shut down and that the stadium was over budget because Mick Ackers wrote an article on May 24th, 2019 stating that the stadium was over budget by $40 million. You can read the article here.
In September 2019, Don Webb asked Tommy White at the Las Vegas Stadium Authority for another $90 million for a total of $130 million in overages. Rick Velotta wrote an article on September 13th, 2019 stating that the cost of the stadium was "expected to climb to $2 billion." You can read that article here.
Therefore, Rick Velotta had knowledge that the roof raising was delayed.
Everybody knows that the stadium's budget was $1.8 billion because the original proposal was $2.4 billion. But on November 18th 2019, Rick wrote the headline:
"Raiders Stadium in Las Vegas Continues to be On Time, On Budget"
When the trusses didn't fit, Don Webb asked Tommy White at the Las Vegas Stadium Authority former money. He received an additional $40 million plus another $90 million. Tommy White is also the Head of the Labor Union. He is the Secretary and Treasurer. I imagine he is also responsible for negotiating third shifts to compensate for mistakes made by his union. In 2018, Union members declared the Union Bosses "rigged the election, with Tommy White's endorsement on the winner.
Below, Tommy White and Don Webb are seen in the congratulating each other at a City Council Meeting in Henderson, Nevada.
LAS VEGAS, NV: A rumor is circulating on Twitter that one of these 4 reporters from the Las Vegas Review-Journal and one CBS SPORTS RADIO host are "jockeying" for a position with the Raiders when they move to Las Vegas. Can you guess which one?
This would be motive.
Jedi Joy Lightowler from JediRich.com Studios in Las Vegas was the ONLY reporter in Las Vegas to capture the Las Vegas Stadium Company removing AND replacing a truss on Jun 13 2019 and June 16 2019 (Father's Day Sunday).
Scott Gulbransen is the Host/Co-host of three shows on KXST CBS Sports Radio 1140 in Las Vegas: Silver and Black Today (Sundays), Silver and Black Tonight (Tuesday), & The Playmakers (M-F 3-6pm). He is also the creator, producer, host of "Silver and Black Today" talk show covering all that is the future Las Vegas Raiders and the NFL. Producer/host "Silver and Black Tonight," and co-host of the drive-time show "The Playmakers."
When Jedi Joy tweeted about a truss coming down, Scott Gulbransen cyber-bullied and harassed Jedi Joy on Twitter using his influence as a Host and Producer of a CBS SPORTS RADIO talk show. Jedi Joy began getting harassed by online trolls who listen to Scott Gulbransen and Mick Akers.
Their object was to smear and discredit Jedi Joy Lightowler. But what they did was defamatory. Scott and Mick went ON-AIR to suggest that Jedi Joy was "sniffing glue" to suggest that the removing a roof truss an issue.
Not only is removing a structural bolt an issue, co veering it up is a crime. That is why we reported him to the F.B.I.
By covering up the "truss fuss", Scott Gulbransen risked the lives of all the construction workers underneath the roof when it collapsed in November 2019, breaking 8 out of 44 structural bolts. Scott Gulbransen has a at least two Twitter accounts:
AKERS, VELOTTA, GULBRANSEN, GRANEY and BONSIGNORE DENY A ROOF DELAY
We think its Mick trying to work for the Raiders. Who do you think?

Evidence that Las Vegas Review-Journal is Withholding Material Facts Regarding the Safety of Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas
Allegiant Stadium Withholding Material Facts about the STRUCTURAL SAFETY to BOOST SEASON TICKET SALES
Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas is withholding material facts about the structural safety from the public in order to boost season ticket sales.
The original price of the stadium was $1.8 billion financed by $750 million in public funding and $1.1 billion from Mark Davis and the Raiders.
Mark Davis’ portion of the financing comes from:
In November 2019, the weight of the trusses combined with the stress from the EFTE Cable Net Roof System, broke 8 structural bolts out of 44. The project got shut down by Grand Canyon Development Partners.
However, the Review-Journal continued to print that the roof was on scheduled until November 18th, Mick Akers finally tweeted and acknowledge a delay, but no mention of an inspector shut down. Season Ticket Payments were due Friday, November 15, 2019.
Nobody was unaware the roof had collapsed: here’s a sample what the Association of General Contractors released on November 19 2019, after the project had been shut down:
