LAS VEGAS, NV: Effective immediately, the LVMPD will no longer detain persons on Federal immigration holds. A Supreme Court judge ruled yesterday The LVMPD must stop detaining persons in Federal effectively immediately. ![]() The effective immediately part is what fit my attention. It sounded like Joe Lombardo ( a Trump supporter), used his department to aid the Federal government to “round up “ the11 million Mexicans that Donald Trump promised deport. And a judge caught wind and said, “You guys stop this immediately or Joe, you’ll get impeached next.” The sheriff is an elected position. Turns out that using the police department to enforce federal immigration laws is completely illegal. And it violates the Constitution of the United Stares. And it undermines the entire Sprit of 1776 in America - everyone born free and America is your opportunity to escape the tyranny of evil men, Good for you judge {judges name}. As of June 2019, 24 immigrants have died in ICE custody and 4 died shortly after being release since Trump introduced his new gestapo-like tactics of rounding up humans based on their ethnicity (google Hogan’s Heros). Immigrants in custody are at an all time high. As of early June, ICE was detaining more than 52,500 immigrants a day in a sprawling network of more than 200 detention centers across the country — up from about 34,000 under the Obama administration. Immigrants held by ICE are civil detainees, not criminal, and their detention is not intended to be punitive. We aren’t suppose to punish illegal immigrants. That’s un-American.

Fire Started in the Cosmo Last Night Reminds us of the 2014 Pool FireLAS VEGAS, NV: A fire in the electrical room at the Cosmo last night sent fears. and reminders off the pool fire from 2014. Fun Fact: It is Illegal to Obstruct a Public Sidewalk in Las VegasLAS VEGAS, NV: Footage from September shows when security guards made a citizen arrest to apprehend Fetty . You can see here that the security guards obstructed the sidewalk so that Fetty Wap was unable to pass without physically bumping unto 3 large overweight security guards. Eventually two guards physically blocked him from walking on the side walk. It is illegal in Clark County, Nevada to obstruct a sidewalk. The intent was to stop people from selling you stuff. However, LVMPD uses that law to bust those photo girls on the strip all the time. I’d say that law applies here as well. Fetty Wap is clearly walking on the sidewalk. Mirage security are blocking his line of path. They are also ready to pounce. That’s their job but it’s the Mirage’s responsibility to make sure their employees follow the law. Because mirage security policies do not supersede Clark County legal laws. Whoever, with malice, stands in the middle of a sidewalk will be subjected to a sentence. NRS TITLE 16.11” From the footage, we see an extremely outraged high profile guest. He is trying to walk. His path is blocked by 4-5 men wearing yellow shirts. But not even Christian Ronaldo could have got past these guys without committing a foul. As Fetty Wap is trying to leave the establishment, several security guards obstruct Fetty Wap’s path. Any reasonable person would have feel- threatened by the excessively fat security obstring your exit. Panic might arise. These guys are Agressive and they are breaking the law. Any reasonable person would do anything to escape.

LAS VEGAS, NV: Lady Gaga suffered a hard fall off the stage after a fan dropped her during a show Thursday night. The “Shallows” singer was performing her Enigma show, part of her Las Vegas concert residency, when a fan, who had picked her up while dancing, lost his balance, sending both him and Gaga crashing to the ground below. The fall was captured on video by fans in the audience and posted to social media, with many concerned the Oscar-winner and fan had been seriously injured. Man Who Died in Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Custody Ruled a Homicide by Clark County Coroner10/17/2019 Bryan Williams was Stopped by Police For Riding a Bicycle Without a Safety Light - So Two Cops Murdered HimLAS VEGAS, NV: Sales taxes were raised in 2016 in Las Vegas to add more cops. On September 5th, 2019 it was determined that the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is now overstaffed.
Officers Benjamin Vasquez and Patrick Campbell first spotted Williams riding his bicycle without safety lights at 5:48 a.m. near North Martin Luther King Boulevard and West Bonanza Road. Officers caught up to Williams at an apartment complex on the 1700 block of West Bonanza Road. Body camera footage showed Vasquez and Campbell yelling at Williams from a distance to get on the ground. When they approached him, Williams was lying on his stomach. The officers stood Williams up when a second patrol car arrived. As they did, two baggies of a white substance and an orange bottle filled with white pills dropped to the ground, police have said. Really?
In the footage, Williams’ body goes limp after officers found the drugs, and he had to be dragged to the patrol car to wait for paramedics. Jesus. These guys killed him and they knew it. So they planted drugs and said he OD on meth. Around 5:54 a.m., when Vasquez and Campbell got Williams to the patrol car, the officers turned off their body cameras (hiding evidence). Their cameras weren’t turned back on until medical assistance arrived at 6:08 a.m., according to police.
Williams was transported to Valley Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 6:44 a.m. Benjamin Vasquez and Patrick Cambell; you both are TAGGED by SATAN for being two greedy, selfish fucks. You will probably get off on this crime you committed, and even hovered an award by Lombardo. He's been know to do that in such a case.

Roof Raising Begins at Allegiant Stadium in Las VegasWe don't know why the roof raising was delayed; we can only speculate based on the information that we have received from multiple sources. Video coming up NEXT!
The Allegiant Stadium Roof Raising is Delayed - But That's Not the IssueThe preciseness of the process leaves little room for error." - Las Vegas Review-Journal, Don Webb, COO Mortenson Construction - McCarthy Builders in Las Vegas Las Vegas, NV - The Las Vegas Raiders Allegiant Stadium is $200 million over budget. August 30th, 2019: Rick Velotta from the Las Vegas Review-Journal interviewed Don Webb and wrote that the roof raising was to begin in September and completed by the end of October . It was a very nice article, you should check it out. Great job, Rick. September 1st : No Roof Raising. September 15th : No Roof Raising October 1st: No Roof Raising October 2nd: The Jedi notified Rick that the crew had not begun lifting the roof. Rick said the raising of the roof was delayed because Don Webb "may have been a little over-confident" when scheduling the roof lifting in September. October 7th: No visible roof raising but we were assured that the roof was raising.
There is a construction schedule. There are other contractors that need to do work on the field. Like a domino effect, the other contractors won't be able to do their work if the roof is not completed by the end of October, causing further delays. Don Webb stated in the Las Vegas Review-Journal that raising the roof is extremely complicated, comparing the process to a 17-acre Swiss watch. Lifting the Roof will take 6 Weeks, Raising 4 Feet Each DayThe crew will raise the roof 4 feet each day for 6 weeks. If the crew began raising the roof on October 7th, then on October 12th, the roof would be about 20 to 25 feet in the air. These screen caps were taken from the Mortenson / McCarthy website on October 12th, 2019 :
If there is a construction schedule, then there are other contractors who will need access to the field starting in November. This brings up another issue: Why would a verified journalist, responsible to the public for reporting on the status of the taxpayer funded stadium, quickly rush to smear the reputation of a reputable blogger? Vital Vegas won the "Best Blogger of the Year" in 2014. Journalism, like sales or bartending, requires a set a principles. Bartenders have a huge a huge responsibly serving their guests honestly and responsibly. Sales people use their charm to help people get what they want. However, A salesperson who uses their charm to knowingly sell a person a bad product or service, is just as bad as bartender who over-serves because he/she doesn't want to lose their tips. There is an unwritten code of ethics in certain professions. Journalism is one of them. View social media as a huge Great Gatsby party where everyone is invited. Imagine a group of people discussing the stadium. Scott Roeben is holding center court. He says, "I heard that the roof is delayed 80-100 days". Another person adds, "Yea, some aluminum tools were stolen that have a 90 day turn around". Wow. Pretty engaging conversation. There are a lot of people listening. Then, Mick Akers over hears the people talking. He rushes over the see what the fuss is about. "Oh, not Scott Roeben from Vital Vegas", he thinks to himself. "Whats that wanna-be journalist saying now..." He listens in for a moment and then immediately blurts out "THAT'S 100 PERCENT FALSE!" and points his finger at Scott. The crowd is silent for a second. Everyone turns to Mick. They realize that it's the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Scott appears stunned. Now, he's not sure if his information is correct or not. "But Mick is verified and I quote his articles", he thinks to himself. A conundrum. The crowed starts to take sides. Several of them side behind Mick and start attack Scoyt. They call him all sorts of names. Mick just stands by and watches. He doesn't provide any further information. Anyways, who knows why Mick attacked VitalVegas' reputation. The fact is that the public needs to know what is happening with a publicly funded stadium. Commentary: God invented newspapers and Satan invented the Internet. We are working together now
Mick Akers Accuses Social Media Giant VitalVegas.com of Spreading "False" NewsLAS VEGAS, NV: Vital Vegas tweeted that the roof raising was delayed 80-100 days at the Raiders Stadium Mick Akers, a verified journalist from the Las Vegas Review-Journal, immediately responded by accusing Vital Vegas of spreading false news. Mick's response to Vital Vegas resulted in battle between Vital and a number of online sports fanatics creating an online Twitter storm. ![]() A few days later, Rick Velotta assured us that the roof raising had begun on October 7, 2019. This information came directly from Don Webb, the COO at Mortenson Construction and McCarthy Builders. We have been to the site everyday since October 7th and we have not seen any evidence of any roof being raised. This brings to question why was Mick Akers attempting to smear Vital Vegas' journalistic reputation? The reason Vital Vegas gave for the delay was there were some parts or equipment stolen that required a 90 day lead time to replace. As a result, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police department now have patrol cars at each exit 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Mick Akers from the Las Vegas review Journal told Las Vegas Locally that the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department were being paid for by the Las Vegas Raiders not the taxpayers. This project is already $200 million over budget and no one can seem to get a straight answer from Don Webb. The journalists at the Las Vegas Review-Journal who are responsible for covering the stadium, appear to write only what Don Webb tells them to write. The taxpayers of Clark County, Nevada need 4 issues addressed immediately:
Any reporters or journalists in Las Vegas who aren’t writing any interesting stories; you might want to jump on this one.

SOLD! BlackStone Acquires the Quintessential Iconic Las Vegas Casino - The BellagioLAS VEGAS, NV - It’s unannounced, but sources say it’s a done deal. MGM Resorts Intl sold the Bellagio. But they only sold the real estate, not the gaming. The buyer is a corporate mega fund from New York: Blackstone Group (NASDAQ; BX). MGM Resorts Intl will continue to operate the gaming and will lease-back the gaming portion of their business with an option to buy-back the casino when MGM settles their cash flow issues. That will probably be in about 50 to 100 years or so. (NASDAQ; MGM) Now that gaming is becoming less of the draw to Vegas, there is the question of what will happen to the fountains.” This is the opposite of the El Dorado acquisition of Caesars Gaming (NASDAQ:CZR). Caesars sold their gaming portion of the business portfolio to El Dorado Resorts (NASDAQ: ERI) while maintaining the investment of the real-estate. Two weeks ago, Caesars sold the Rio All Suites Hotel to Imperial Group - a real estate company from New York. This may be an indicator that Caesars Gaming will begin liquidating other assets, such as Planet Hollywood and The Cromwell. Let’s hope El Dorado Resorts enjoys their new landlords; a bunch a real estate brokers from New York with limited or no experience in gaming. As more casinos dissolve into this new “leaseback” arrangement with large financiers, I would expect room rates to soar in the upcoming years. Now that gaming is becoming less of the draw to Vegas, there is the question of what will happen to the fountains. The fountains were to attract gamblers. Apparently, gambling in Las Vegas is on the decline as New Jersey and California legalize sports action. The fountains are a massive peice of the most expensive real estate in Nevada. The fact is that prime real estate on the Las Vegas Strip could make more money as a mall than as a free attraction. It's a simple equation of economics that an accountant in New York could calculate. Therefore, if the Bellagio proves to be more profitable without the fountains, then away they will go. You Can’t Believe They Will Turn The Fountains Into A Mall? When you are a publicly traded mega fund, like Blackstone, your primary customers are your stockholders. Stockholders have one objective: to make more money. Usually, stockholders want 10% or more return on their investment; each year. So if Blackstone acquires a hotel, the hotel guests are the means by which Blackstone serves their primary customer. The hotel guests are not Blackstone’s primary customers; the hotel guests are Blackstone's secondary and tertiary customers. So if you lease a nightclub from MGM today, there’s a good chance that you will have a new landlord within the next year or two. The word on the street is that The MGM Grand and The Mirage are next. (Source: Vital Vegas) Just so you know; the primary investor doesn’t care how you make 10% return on their investment. If the Bellagio can make more money without the fountains, then it would be a disservice to their stockholders to keep them. Here are some of the core beliefs that Blackstone promotes on their website to attract investors:
Are you beginning to see the New Vegas business methodology? Scam the investors, the employees, and the artists.. oh yea... and don’t forget to scam the tourists, too. Then it’s back to New York for Peach Bellinis.
MGM Must Pay $800 Million to the Victim's Survivors of the October 1st Tragedy in Las VegasOk, my analysis led me to believe that the survivors should get $1 billion. That led to my theory that MGM will need to sell off assets to cover their losses as a result of #Oct1.

Wynn / Encore Has More Secrets Than The Catholic Church![]() More trouble for Wynn / Encore as new lawsuit a alleges their was a conspiracy at Wynn to keep any sexual allegations covered up. Maurice Wooden, the former President of Wynn Resorts, and Troy Mitchum, former Vice President of Human Resources, conspired to systematically intimidate any further sexual allegation “whistle-blowers” that occurred at Wynn or the Salon where the girls worked. When Troy and Maurice found out about the sexual crimes, they did not report the violations. Instead, they conspired to systematically intimidate any further sexual harassment claims. At one point, they held a meeting with 40 women and asked them to raise their hands if they had been sexually harassed. They were forcing the employees to out themselves in front of everyone. How humiliating that the men at Wynn view women employees as nothing more than sexual objects. The suit claims that working at Wynn was “living in fear of retaliation”. This comes to light as Alex Cordova, vice president from Wynn Nightlife, continues to duck reporters regarding Jon Gray's abrupt departure from the Palms. Alex is involved with botching a $60 million DJ contract with Marshmello and DJ Skrillex at KAOS.

OPINION: Should Clark County, NV Reverse the "No Pigeon Feedin'" Law?In 2017, Clark County passed a law making it a crime to feed pigeons. You will send $1000 or 6 month in county jail if you are seen feeding a pigeon. As a result, food is scarce for these Cooper Hawks who now must fly into the suburbs to find a meal. In 2016, Las Vegas was setting records for growth and revenue. Some say this law is bad karma. Because since passing this law in 2017, Las Vegas has seen a daily slew of scandals, corruption and even a mass shooting. Perhaps reconsider this law and see if Las Vegas' Karma improves.
Jon Gray Steps Down as the Alex Cordova / Wynn Nightlife / Marshmello / Kaos Scandal Unfolds10/2/2019 General Manager of Palms Fired! More Fallouts as the Cordova-KAOS Caper of Las Vegas UnfoldsLas Vegas, NV: The Palms Casino Resort's Vice President and General Manager, Jon Gray, quit today in the latest in the Cordova-Kaos Caper . The Palms Casino Resort was purchased by Stations Casino. Stations Casinos was trading under the symbol STN. Their new symbol is RRR - Red Rock Resorts. Red Rock Resorts is holding company that owns a portion of Stations Casino. Sound confusing? It was probably by design. As Vegas moves from a gamblers town to an NFL town, expect to see more light shed on scum bags in this city. ![]() What we know so far: Alex Cordova was abruptly fired last week in connection with the world's largest DJ contract in history worth $60,000,000 for 2 years. Sources say he and other managers were skimming off the top. It gets bigger. There would be no way for the KAOS Nightclub to ever turn a profit while paying out $60 million for 2 years ($30 million per year) to the DJs. So How did Alex Cordova and Jon Gray (an experienced hotelier) miscalculate so badly that it cost them their jobs? The problem with numbers reporting in Vegas is that Las Vegas Sands Corp (The Venetian & Palazzo), own the only local newspaper in town, the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The Review-Journal will always spin Vegas numbers positively. Even in July 2019 with the sale of Caesars, the Rio and the Bellagio, Rick Velotta from the Review-Journal wrote: "Las Vegas Sands Corp experienced their best second quarter in Las Vegas history". The problem with numbers reporting in Vegas is that Las Vegas Sands Corp (The Venetian & Palazzo), own the only local newspaper in town, the Las Vegas Review-Journal." Sounds like Vegas is booming. That is what you would think if you read Rick Velotta's reports on gaming in the RJ. Everything he writes will tell you that it's time to invest in Vegas. And he writes on everything from earnings calls and gaming reports to swaying public opinion on the tax-payer funded stadium and Sheldon Adelson appointing his son-in-law CFO of Las Vegas Sands Corp. So Why are Casinos Going Out-of-Business While Rick Velotta Says Vegas 2019 is booming? Yep. If you want to know what's really going on in Las Vegas, follow JediRich.com Studios on Twitter at @JediRichCom, @JediJoyRichShow, @AlienNicShow and @TheNakedJedi and on at YouTube @JediRichCreativeProducer and JediJoy's Blog. Back to the story. Jon Gray was heading up the $690 million renovation at the Palms which included renovations to the casino, the restaurants and to KAOS Nightclub. This is not just a "skim some off the top" scandal. This is a calculated scam that involved signing deals worth millions to DJs but paying the artists only hundreds of thousands. Jon's resignation indicates that he is involved with the Cordova-Kaos Scandal. Last week, Alex Cordova was abruptly escorted out of the casino in connection to some contracts he made with several high-profile DJs; a breached record-breaking DJ deal worth $60 million for 2-years. The last we heard, Alex Cordova was eying Ibiza to avoid U.S. extradition. ![]() The high-profile acts include Marshmellow, DJ Skrillex, Kaskade, Armin Van Buuren and others. We have reach out to Alex Cordova and Jon Gray but they declined to be interviewed at this time citing potential criminal charges. Jon Gray met with the Ferritta, Lorenzo and Frank III over drinks on Wednesday. Jon says the Feritta's discussed what would happen down the road for Jon. He claims to be "friends" with the Ferittas. Jon says they invited him to see Billy Idol this weekend and they said he can still work out in the corporate gym (awkward). This brings up the point about men in power in Las Vegas. How many women hold a decision making position at any of the major casinos in Las Vegas? I can think of only one: Elaine Wynn. And that's because she learned how to be more ruthless than her husband from her ex-husband, Steve Wynn (another Vegas scandal). Do You Ever Get Tired of "Double-Speak?"Double-speak, reading between the lines, passiveness.... whatever you call it when someone says something with a grin instead of telling you exactly what they are feeling. For all intensive purposes, Jon Gray was fired. But when you work for your "friends", they don't fire you. That would look bad on your resume; if you even need a resume. Also, the company would have to pay you severance. Let's not get greedy - you are getting fired. So instead you resign. Last checked, Jon Gray is still married to Miss Nevada 2013. Jon and Ruth have just adopted their third child. He has an expensive wardrobe (see Ruth's instagram photo from back in May). So why would a young executive with a "Family-of-Five", who works a high-paying job for his friends, suddenly quit with no options in sight? That is called double-speak. We don't know why Jon was fired, but you can count on The Jedi to report the truth as more information becomes available. This is just another scandal in a slew of scandals that are hitting the streets. Stay tuned to JediRich.com as there is always something going down in Vegas.
The Aria at City Center is Losing Water and They Don’t Have The Funds to Repair the Rotting PipesThe Aria in Las Vegas is leaking 3,000 gallons of water a day. They have failed at multiple attempts to repair the rotting pipes that also feed city center. Now, their repair funds are exhausted until next fiscal year. They have exhausted all repair funds so the Aria in Las Vegas will continue to pay excessive LVVWD water fees. However, Las Vegas does not have an endless supply of water. Last checked; Lake Mead only has enough water until 2070. That was before this leak.
