Ariana Grande is Bulimic
I was bulimic for 15 years, so I am quite an expert in Bulimia and eating disorders. I was also anorexic prior to bulimia. I have seen tons of counselors. The only thing that finally cured my bulimia is all Organics, No GMOs, No Dairy, No Gluten, No Alcohol and No Caffeine.
I do not ever want to bully or make fun or criticize anyone, but I believe awareness is the most important thing. There are a ton of young girls that look up to these celebrities like Ariana Grande. I wanted so bad to be as thin as all the girls in the magazines that I took extreme measures. Eating disorders will kill you. I had to stop because my heart almost gave out.
Girls want to achieve this perfect body that they believe the celebrities have, which most do not. They photo shop photos, they were clothes that hide their bodies when they gain weight. They only show their bodies when they are at their thinnest, which creates a false reality to young girls. They believe Ariana Grande is as thin as she was in 2012-2014. They torture themselves to achieve a body that not even Ariana can achieve anymore. She is lying to her fans.
The reason why this came up this weekend is she canceled her New Years Eve Weekend concert at the Cosmopolitan, Las Vegas. A lot of people where counting on her and looking forward to seeing her. She claims she had bronchitis. I do not believe this to be true. I believe she either is having trouble with her voice due to bulimia. Bulimia destroys your vocal chords. Now that is assuming she has an illness period. I personally believe she did not want to show up because she is feeling insecure about her weight gain and does not want anyone to know that she has put on weight.
She is a beautiful girl, whether she is tiny or a little bit healthier. The problem is she wants her fans to believe she is the anorexic looking thin all the time. This is unfair to girls that try to look just like her. They starve themselves or throw up to achieve her body. That is not a good role model or example for young people. She should be honest and admit she struggles with her weight, just as everyone has. Pretending that she never gains weight sets an unrealistic goal for girls.
The reason why she wears the puffy jackets, sweatshirts and dresses is due to bulimia bloat. The problem with bulimia is you put your body in constant anxiety and fight for flight. Your body believes it is starving since one keeps purging all the nutrients that they consume. So your body for survival puts extra storage ie weight in your midsection for daily emergencies. You create so much havoc on your digestive system and all your organs. Eating disorders are deadly if they are untreated. The best thing to do to get over bulimia is to eat all Organics.
People claim that Ariana Grande is thin due to being a Vegan. I have been a Vegan and I have also been bulimic. I will tell you first hand. It is a misconception that Vegan’s are thin. In order for a Vegan to be thin, they have to work out a ton. A Vegan diet consists of a lot of sugar ie: fruit and a lot of artificial proteins, often gluten proteins. The majority of the artificial meats are made from Gluten. Gluten is horrible for people and causes weight gain and a lot of health problems. There is another misconception that only people with a Gluten allergy should not consume Gluten. No one should consume gluten or GMOs. Even if the meat is made with other artificial ingredients, it is still not healthy for you. The only food that is healthy is real food, Organics.
Organics are the way food used to be. Once they started messing with the food, they created so many illnesses, diseases and weight problems. All obesity comes from the artificial foods caffeine and sugar. If you eat Organics you do not feel hungry all the time. You are always satisfied and you never have to diet. This is the way our ancestors ate.
Caffeine is also another epidemic that is causing health problems and weight gain. What happens with caffeine, is every time you consume caffeine your blood sugar rises. When your blood sugar rises, your body produces insulin to compensate for the rise in blood sugar. When your body produces insulin, it tells your body to store fat. So every time you have that cup of coffee you tell your body and brain to store fat. People think that caffeine helps them lose weight, but instead it tells your body to store fat and you gain weight. Also when you produce insulin you get tired, lethargic and complacent. Which is exactly opposite of what most people are trying to achieve with caffeine.
If you want to stop an eating disorder or you want to lose weight. You have to switch to Organics, No GMOs, No Gluten, No Artificial sweeteners or Foods, No Caffeine and No Alcohol. Seems like a big list, but all it is is the way your ancestors ate before they started making fake food and beverages.
