Crane Spills, Crew Member Spills DIRTLas Vegas, NV: A crew member has come forward and provided testimony along with photos of an unreported OSHA incident that occurred on June 12th, 2019. This was also during the "Truss Fuss" when the roof trusses did not fit. Happy Memorial Day! Jedi were talking a morning walk when we see some woman throwing out a bunch of clothes & furniture. I snapped a couple photos because I thought she was being evicted & evictions aren't allowed in Nevada; yet. Then, suddenly, a man a popped out and said. "Hey! You're Jedi Rich!" I was startled because I thought he was going to tell me not to take photos of his belongings that had been spread out. Instead, he said, "Do you want some photos of a crane that fell over at Allegiant last June 2019 but was never reported?". I said, "Yes." He said he was a crew member who witnessed a crane falling over during a graveyard shift. Mortenson/McCarthy had Reliable Crane Service immediately show up, cut the crane to pieces and discard the evince before the dayshift arrived. Mortenson/McCarthy was aware of the mishap but did not report the incident to OSHA.
The worker and I continued to talk for a bit while Jedi Joy calmed down his girlfriend. He explained the roof is kind of like a romper room. It's inflated. It sounds really interesting. We are looking forward to seeing how this new roof works. But then the cops showed up and he had to split. We ended the interview. Drama in the hood!
