JediRich.com Studios in Las Vegas continues to investigate the roof project shut down at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas Review-Journal is Withholding Material Facts About the Structural Safety of the Las Vegas StadiumWe concluded that the Review-Journal and the Mortenson-McCarthy Construction team were never going to report any bad new at the stadium for fear that the investors (PSL ticket holders) would not finance the building. However, we are not talking about landscaping delays. This is about structural safety that resulted in 8 structural bolts breaking when the roof system collapsed in November due to incompetence, negligence and belligerence. So Alien Nic took matters into his own hands and started researching. And when he found something, he reported to the Review-Journal, and the Las Vegas News Media Outlets: Scripps, Sinclair, Meredith and FOX aka KTNV-13, KSNV-3, 8-NEWS NOW, and FOX-5 VEGAS. But because no one reported any delays at the Las Vegas Stadium Event Co. construction site, Grand Canyon Development Partners had to shut the project down for safety. GCDP was hired to perform a third party inspection report. They discovered the weight of the cables overstressed structural members of broke 8 bolts that were attached to the roof trusses. This occurred when they attempted to lift the roof. The project got shut down in November 2019. ![]() On November 18th 2019, Rick Velotta had knowledge that the Las Vegas Stadium Project had been shut down and that the stadium was over budget because Mick Ackers wrote an article on May 24th, 2019 stating that the stadium was over budget by $40 million. You can read the article here. In September 2019, Don Webb asked Tommy White at the Las Vegas Stadium Authority for another $90 million for a total of $130 million in overages. Rick Velotta wrote an article on September 13th, 2019 stating that the cost of the stadium was "expected to climb to $2 billion." You can read that article here. Therefore, Rick Velotta had knowledge that the roof raising was delayed. Everybody knows that the stadium's budget was $1.8 billion because the original proposal was $2.4 billion. But on November 18th 2019, Rick wrote the headline: "Raiders Stadium in Las Vegas Continues to be On Time, On Budget" When the trusses didn't fit, Don Webb asked Tommy White at the Las Vegas Stadium Authority former money. He received an additional $40 million plus another $90 million. Tommy White is also the Head of the Labor Union. He is the Secretary and Treasurer. I imagine he is also responsible for negotiating third shifts to compensate for mistakes made by his union. In 2018, Union members declared the Union Bosses "rigged the election, with Tommy White's endorsement on the winner. Below, Tommy White and Don Webb are seen in the congratulating each other at a City Council Meeting in Henderson, Nevada. ![]() LAS VEGAS, NV: A rumor is circulating on Twitter that one of these 4 reporters from the Las Vegas Review-Journal and one CBS SPORTS RADIO host are "jockeying" for a position with the Raiders when they move to Las Vegas. This would be motive. Jedi Joy Lightowler from JediRich.com Studios in Las Vegas was the ONLY reporter in Las Vegas to capture the Las Vegas Stadium Company removing AND replacing a truss on Jun 13 2019 and June 16 2019 (Father's Day Sunday). ![]() Scott Gulbransen is the Host/Co-host of three shows on KXST CBS Sports Radio 1140 in Las Vegas: Silver and Black Today (Sundays), Silver and Black Tonight (Tuesday), & The Playmakers (M-F 3-6pm). Jedi Joy began getting harassed by online trolls who listen to Scott Gulbransen and Mick Akers. Their object was to smear and discredit Jedi Joy Lightowler. But what they did was defamatory. Scott and Mick went ON-AIR to suggest that Jedi Joy was "sniffing glue" to suggest that the removing a roof truss an issue. Not only is removing a structural bolt an issue, co veering it up is a crime. That is why we reported him to the F.B.I. By covering up the "truss fuss", Scott Gulbransen risked the lives of all the construction workers underneath the roof when it collapsed in November 2019, breaking 8 out of 44 structural bolts.
