JediRich.com Studios in Las Vegas continues to investigate the roof project shut down at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

ALLEGIANT STADIUM RECEIVED A STOP-WORK ORDER NOVEMBER 2019

LAS VEGAS, NV:  Work has ceased at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas due to failed safety inspection. The Raiders and the National Football League are still selling tickets but they have failed to inform the buyers of this material information regarding the Stadium.  JediRich.com Studios checked for you; there are NO REFUNDS.
Mick Akers has been tracking the (lack of) progress at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.  Thanks to you Mick, the Jedi and the F.B.I. can plainly see that there has been no activity and no change in the external structure. JediRich.com first reported this project had been shut down on January 8th, 2020.

However, neither Mick Akers nor the Las Vegas Review reported a project shut down.

JANAURY 5th 2020:  Note the exterior glass panels and the white trim. Glass, trim and exterior has not changed in 1 week and 5 days since the previous video on December 24th, 2019. Also noted are there any workers working. on the building?

JANUARY 9th 2020: Mick takes another video on his way to CES 2020:
  • No workers on cranes.
  • No workers on the glass.
  • No workers on the Lanai Doors.
  • No workers.
  • Its a Thursday at 9:00AM

This project has been SHUT DOWN. They have not made any structural progress. Mick Akers should inform the season ticket buyers there is potential for a delayed season.
Instead of warning consumers about the structural safety of the building, the Las Vegas Review-Journal encourages more ticket sales and continues to promote the progress of the stadium.

The Raiders are interested in technology at @CES that could be brought into Allegiant Stadium to make an already cutting edge stadium even better. https://t.co/jg6z5uWBZf #vegas #raiders #stadium #ces2020 pic.twitter.com/DuUZBPqVsu

GULBRANSEN PROMOTES PROGRESS TO BOOST SALES

We tweeted SCOTT GULBRANSEN  tweeted a new video at 9am this morning.  Notice there is only one worker working on a crane. Hardly working at a "feverish" pace. Why didn't Scott inform the public that the project had been shut down by Grand Canyon Developers?

AKERS ARROGANCE CONTINUES

While I was writing this article, Mick Akers continues to sell Raiders stadium products.  Just hours ago, he tweeted that there was

"LOTS OF GOOD NEWS REGARDING THE STADIUM THIS WEEK." - Mick Akers January 10, 2020

What could be good about a project shut down?
A few a hours ago, Mick Akers sells personalized bricks to be installed at Allegiant Stadium.

"RAIDERS OFFERING FANS PERSONALIZED BRICKS AT ALLEGIANT"
If the Stadium is not built, there are NO REFUNDS.

JediRich.com Studios Emailed the Publisher and Editors of the Review Journal

The real question is, why won't Ken Moyer and his associate editors release this information to the season ticket buyers?  A stop work order is only issued when the building is not safe.

The editors at the Las Vegas Review-Journal were made aware of the potential catastrophe earlier this week:
  • J. Keith Moyer - Publisher
  • Glenn Cook, Executive Editor
  • Anastasia Hendrix, Managing Editor
  • Peter G. Johnson, Deputy Managing Editor – News

No response. No warning to season ticket holders. Only continued promotion of the progress at the Las Vegas Stadium Project.

Who owns the Las Vegas Stadium Company?

Workers could have died and the roof could fall on the fans but the Keith and his associates feel that its more imprtant top meet the deadlines.  Who is Keith's boss?  Sheldon Adelson. There's a Bank of America hedge fund that can be unsealed.
I can't find their register in the Clark County  Businesss lichees search.  Are they a Clark County business?

Common Examples of Stop Work Order Conditions

No one knows why the project received a STOP WORK ORDER. The Las Vegas Review-Journal's reporters - Mick Akers, Ed Graney, Vinny Bonsignore, Rick Velotta, as well as Entercom & CBS SPORTS RADIO personality Scott Gulbransen - have been changing the budget and scope of the project though the media.  You can read about that malfeasance here.
