Someone who had a triple bypass heart sugerfy asked the Kddi “Have you had any blood work”. He was referring to our diet which does not included fruit, vegetables, pasta, grains or dairy. We only eat organic protein (and some mustard). The question is loaded. He is under the old misconception that fat causes heart disease. This was a lie brought to you by the sugar industry in the 1960s.

When I started eating a high protein low carbohydrate diet, I kept track of my boood pressure, weight and and resting heart. My BO was unhealthily high until I started earning more fat & animal protein. After about 6 moon that, my blood pressure was the healthiest it’s been in years.
I kept a daily journal of my weight, BP, HR, BMI, calories, carbs, proteins & sugars. I also loggedy every item of food I ate for over 2 years.
Living a life of a Jedi is reserved for the disciplined. While I may have looked happier in 2015, I was also consuming sugar and caffeine. Sugar is a drug that makes you feel like eating sugar is good for you. Sugar stimulates the brain’s pleasure center making your brain think everything is copacetic. You’ll feel a certain calm & bliss as you drink your thick vanilla milkshake through a straw. As the sugar wears off you’ll feel depressed from the insulin. Insulin is released when the brain senses your overstimulating your pleasure center with sugar. Insulin extracts the excess sugar from your blood by converting it to glycogen. Glycogen is stored energy aka fat. Glycogen grows in your cells and on your bones. It is biologically impossible to lose weight with insulin in your bloodstream.
