 The Wynn Encore is not marijuana friendly. In fact, they will have you arrested for using marijuana on their property. Wynn Hotel and Casino is kicking out guests who return to the hotel with dispensary bags. If security sees you with a dispensary bag, security will inform they guest that “pot smoking” is not allowed at their casino and threaten to call the cops. Many frequent visitors are reporting that Wynn / Encore’s no tolerance for legal marijuana is making their stay unpleasant.
