Sex and Food are not addictive by nature. But if you are sexual deprived, then you will become easily addicted to everything; food, exercise, drugs, alcohol and even sex itself.
Let’s back up to see how and why we are addicted to anything.
In the past, the governments have tried to stop people from having sex.. It’s not the leaders fault. A long time ago, a meteor hit the Earth the size of a neutron bomb. The Earth was blacked for 3 solid years. This spurred starvation, panic and a number of superstitions. Before the blackout, life for thousands of years looked an EDC Festival or a Woodstock concert with everyone dancing, partying and... having tons of sex. They though the meteor was a sign that the gods were mad at them for partying and having sex so they started stopping everything. That’s why today some religions still practice celibacy.
Anyways, we all now know it was a meteor not the gods being angry. And we also know that sex is a basic human need, not just for procreation. Depriving yourself of sex will result in anxiety, stress, and depression and that translates to weight gain. You will become easily susceptible to products that alleviate the symptoms depression and sexual repression (that’s when you withhold your true sexual desires).
The smartest people in business school strive toon Wall Street in Manhattan. Their job is to get you addicted to their products. We know that their goal is to get you addicted because of Big Tobacco. That’s when the world found out that executives of publicly traded US companies secretly put addictive substances into their product to make them addictive. When they got caught, those execs and sales reps all got resigned.
But where did they go?
The food industry. These executives understood how to make people addictive through TV, music, and film while adding FDA approved artificial substances to make you more addictive. Further, they are in cahoots with self help shows like Dr Phil and Dr Oz. Those shows are targeted at treating the symptoms of depression. They sell you contradictory products and advice depending on the advertiser who’s paying.
Food addiction is caused by Candida, the same yeast that causes alcohol addiction. Alcoholics and drug addict programs had one part correct; abstinence from alcohol is a must. But they didn’t know why. In fact, in the original 12 step program, they refer to alcohol as “King Alcohol”. And they described alcohol, a chemical element, as an entity that is “cunning, baffling and powerful”. They have no answer but one hope, “that One is God”. Talk about going back in time.
It’s the meteor strike mentality all over again. They are saying “the gods are mad so let’s stop doing something. We already stopped sex that’s why we drink alcohol. So we stopped alcohol but then we became addicted to food, candy, popcorn, icing... “ Anything to distract them from their sexual desires.
An eating disorder is a addiction to the foods you are eating. If you eat packaged goods or you let someone else prepare your meals, theirs a good chance they are feeding your addiction (literally). To get unaddicted to food and alcohol, you must first throw out all media, especially your television. The media is a powerful tool in keeping you addicted to their products. Next, realize that’s it’s not you. You’re not a “man who’s lost his legs that can never grow back”. That’s an analogy for a program or rehab center that has no cure for you.
If it’s not me then what is it? Your addiction and is caused by a symbiotic fungus that grows in your gut called Candida. It’s lives their naturally, but bulimics and alcoholics overfeed the Candida and cause a Candida Overgrowth. Candida Overgrowth is the “monster” that bulimics are experiencing and the “cunning, baffling, powerful” nature of the alcoholic beast reported by those in 12-step programs. This is the organism in your body that makes your crave sweets, sugars and alcohol. It’s alive and it thrives when you eat dairy (lactose is super high-sugar), alcohol and packaged food. Alcoholics know this that’s why in their book, Alcoholics Anonymous, they suggest that you carry a bar of chocolate in case you get a craving for alcohol. They knew that feeding yourself sugar would subside the alcohol “beast” that we now know is a fungus overgrowth.
To cure your addiction, all you have to do is stop feeding your fungus overgrowth. Try changing your diet for 30 days and see how you feel:
Artificial Anything Free
After 30 days, you should notice the difference. Your Candida will not be cured, but you will start to understand that you have to get this overgrowth out of your gut.
You have to eat some sugar. But keep it minimal. Certainly DO NOT carry a bar of chocolate in your pocket. Instead, get your sugar from organic apples, almonds and bananas. Great snacks and it will make you poo. It’s only for 30 days but it works and you don’t need rehab or daily meeting in a church. Try it and see how you feel. You’ll feel terrible.
