The purpose of a condiment is to make food taste better. When food tastes better we want more of that food. When we want more food we eat more food. When we eat more food we get fat. That’s the only reason people are fat today: they eat too much food.
Jedi Rich and Jedi Joy tried an experiment. They stopped consuming all sugars, including fruits, nuts and vegetables. They got healthier. They felt better. And they lost weight. Turns out weight loss can be achieved by simply not consuming sugar.
Most people diet the way a heroin addict quits opioids. With all the TV ads, games and shows promoting unhealthy elevating, eventually, they cave in and consume sugar. Usually more than before. This is literally a relapse. The. They start again and the cycle repeats.
Alternatively, one can lose weight by overcoming ones addiction to food. Making food taste good should be the least of your concerns as an adult. Making food taste good is for little babies that must be coerced into eating vegetables.
What happens when I eat condiments is that my body starts to store energy as fat. This makes me hungry all day. I do not feel hungry if I do not consume any condiments, fruits or vegetables. Storing fat makes you feel hungry. Burning fat makes you feel not hungry.
