Vegas is known for entertainment. Events are sold out months in advance. But all events in Las Vegas have been cancelled or postposed due to COVID. The problem is these venues, Allegiant Stadium included, do not have the cash reserves to refund their buyers. So instead of offering refunds like other cities, Las Vegas venues are telling ticket holders there are no refunds for events unless the event is cancelled. However, no one is cancelling. Jedi bought tickets for the Ice Cube's show scheduled for April 25th 2020 during the NFL draft. They would not refund. They said we had to go on September 25th 2020. Chances are, this show won't happen either. The Jedi will be out of the country. How long can a venue legally postpone an event before they are required to refund?
