This is a weight loss program for anyone who loves food but wants to lose weight.
10 Step Diet Phase:
Phase 1: Cut out Gluten and artificial flavors and sweeteners
Phase 2: Cut out all beverages besides water (sparkling water is allowed at this stage) and decaf tea/coffee for this phase. Caffeine will be removed in phase 9 and sparkling water in phase 10.
Phase 3: Cut out Dairy
Phase 4: Cut out fruit
Phase 5: Switch to an all protein diet
Phase 6: Cut out all vegetables
Phase 7: Switch to an all animal protein diet
Phase 8: Switch to only Grass Fed Beef
Phase 9: Cut out caffeine
Phase 10: Cut out sparkling waters
