Man Arrested and Put in "Choke Hold" for Selling Water on the Las Vegas Strip

This is the "New Vegas" since October 1st, 2017.  Over zealous untrained  security guards  and metro cops out of control.

Tourists are telling us they will never come back after being harassed, strip searched and witnessing Las Vegas Metro Police put a man selling water into a death-style "choke hold".
