The best way to increase ones lifespan is to lose weight. Obesity related diseases kill more teens & adults than drunk driving & drug overdoses combined.
But how do you lose weight?
1. Stop eating sugar — sugar in the scientific sense means carbohydrates such as fruit, dairy, grains, breads, pasta and vegetables — and
2. only drink mineral water.
BONUS: smoke weed of you’re in a state where marijuana is legal.
Oprah and Dr Phil make their money off depressed people seeking help. When depressed people get better they stop watching TV. I did it in reverse. I stopped watching TV and I got better. Oprah & Dr Phil have an incentive to make sure you never get better. They are both visibly obese. And Dr Phil’s wife is bulimic.
