Throwback Thursday: Morning Blogs from Panama City 2020

Before we had a website or a YouTube channel, we were the #JediJoyRichShow on Twitter, Periscope and Instagram. We learned about diet and nutrition in the caves.  We continued to share our knowledge with other members who wanted to learn to lose weight and overcome bulimia.  Joy wanted to get out of Las Vegas after the shut down.  We took a trip to Panama City Panama.
