Organic beef is my favorite food. I eat it all day long. I was bulimic for many years and have struggled with finding the right food to eat. I found that organic beef is the best option for me.
JediRich and I eat all Organics, GMO Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Alcohol Free, Caffeine Free and Low Sugar. I primarily eat organic beef in the form of ground beef or steak and collard greens and garlic. I occasionally have an organic apple or organic almonds. I find that if I eat primarily beef, I don’t bloat. If anyone is struggling with recovering from bulimia and experiencing a ton of bloating, switch to organic beef. Keep your food very basic. This is a photo of our lunch today. This is an organic steak that I cooked from Whole Foods. I cooked it with organic garlic and I seasoned it with organic rosemary and thyme. It is extremely important to eat all Organics and GMO Free if you want to feel great and lose weight. There is so much garbage out there. You have to take it back to the basics, the way food used to be. The GMOs have destroyed food. They have created all these new species. We have no idea what is going to happen with all these modified species. We are starting to see a lot of health problems occurring in people. We need to stop eating this food made in a lab. It’s making people sick. Eat the way your ancestors did, from the earth, without all these modifications, hormones, steroids and anything that was not here 200 years ago. Ever since JediRich and I changed our lifestyle to Organics, we have never felt so young and fit. JediRich lost 150 lbs or more. He was resistant at first, but all we are saying is eat food the way it used to be. Eat all Organic, GMO Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Alcohol Free, Caffeine Free and Low Sugar. You will feel that you are reverse aging. I feel better than I did was I was 20. The hardest thing for most people to do is quit Caffeine. Do that one last. Switch to Organics first and then go down the list eliminating the other things like gluten. It should not all be done at once. That would be a huge shock to your system. Slowly adjust the items in your lifestyle and more towards Organics, and such. I guarantee you will feel better. It makes sense to eat real food. Organics are real food. The food industry thought it would be a good idea to create fake food so that we never ran out. They tested for the safety in humans. It tested safe. Well they did not test 80, 100 years later what the effects are. Now we are seeing more and more health problems directly related to the food. People are getting sicker and more overweight as a whole. We have more obesity than ever before. Obviously the artificial food is not working. We need to eat Organics!!

We have a green screen and a white screen and we have a blue tarp for all sorts of new projects. We are having so much fun with photoshop mix. We can cut ourselves out of pictures and put us anywhere. Where in the Multiverses will the Jedi be? Your guess is as good as mine.
#NoMakeupChallenge. I challenge all ladies to try it for a day or more. Your face and eyes will thank you. Here are some pics of me today with no makeup on. You may feel a little bit more dull looking at first, but natural is beautiful ladies. It’s an adjustment to see yourself all natural if you have not in a while.
I am now letting my hair dry naturally. I have been dying, blow drying and straightening my hair since I was in middle school. My hair was so thick and healthy when I was young. Over the years, I have fried it with dye and heat styling. I was tired of my hair being so flat, broken and unhealthy. So I decided several months ago to stop blow drying it. I now do some sort of half up do and let it dry naturally. It’s another adjustment because I have frizzy hair, but I’m embracing it. We are told perfect is beautiful, but what is perfect and perfect is boring. Be yourself!! That’s what’s beautiful!! I just turned 34 years old. A lot of people put a lot of emphasis on age. I embrace every age that I am. I tend to try to keep my look natural. No fake stuff and not a lot of makeup. I came to realize that every age is just as important and an awesome experience as any age. It’s all perspective. You can feel 20 at any age. The younger you feel, the younger you will look. That’s a definite. Being happy and having fun shows on your appearance. Stay young!! I am one of those tomboy kind of girls. I wear very little makeup. I wear zero face makeup like a powder or a foundation. The only makeup I wear is eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara. When I am not working I like to wear no makeup. A lot of girls are trained that they only look pretty with tons of makeup or fake boobs, fake hair, fake butts, fake eyelashes, fake everything. Keep it simple and natural. That’s the way the Universe made you! Here’s some fresh pics of me with no makeup. I thought I would post these to inspire other woman to feel comfortable in their own skin. When I was younger I struggled with acne. I always had to wear coverup on my face. What happens is this is a viscous cycle of bad skin. Your face never gets the chance to heal because you are always clogging your pores with more makeup. You have to give your skin a break from makeup in order to heal. It can be a tough month or so when you first stop using face makeups like coverup. You feel embarrassed for a bit with the red spots on your face. I used to be so bad at picking my face. If I had a zit, I had to pick it. Then I would cover up the blemish in the morning with coverup. Now I do not have the option to coverup all the time. So this keeps me from picking at my skin, which has cleared up my face tremendously. It might feel weird when you first try little to no makeup. You may feel naked in a sense, but eventually you feel so free. What’s nice about going makeup free once in a awhile or as often as possibly, is you give your face and your eyes a chance to breath and relax. When you constantly have a ton of makeup on your eyes, it can become so heavy and actually can make you more sleepy as the day goes on. Especially fake lashes. Those are so heavy, that they tire your eyes. This adds to aging and crows feet. I wear makeup for work, and a lot of ladies do as well. I highly recommend on those days off, or those relaxing days give your eyes and face a day off as well. You are beautiful without all the extras! Depression is like quicksand. When you first step in it, you notice right away that you feel sluggish and “slowed down.” So you go shopping or you go to the gym or you meet friends for coffee and talk about your depression to “get over it”. So you think you feel better. After a while, you forget that you were ever depressed at all. What a relief; not. What that is called is “masking the symptoms of depression”. You feel like your depression went away, but it did not. In other words; you acclimated to feeling, tired, sluggish, fat, bored, anxious, irritable - you acclimated to feeling depressed.
Later on you notice that you are depressed again. Well, your depression did not leave and come back so there is no need to figure out what you or anyone did to bring back your depression. Your brain simply figured out your coping mechanism realized your depressed. You can’t fool your brain for too long. It’s kind of smart. Pretty much a genius,. Thats why we call it a brain. What happened was, you masked your depression as long as you could until your brain figured it out. Then you became even more depressed. Basically, to use the quicksand analogy; you’ve actually just sunken deeper into the quicksand. Your depression has gotten worse but you didn’t notice. You didn’t notice most likely because you were told to ignore your feelings. If you feel tired, you are told to drink coffee. If you cannot sleep you are told to drink chamomile tea. It’s always resisting the feeling that you are feeling. Why not try resting when you are tired and staying up when you are wake. If work wont permit it, then quit. Live off of your savings until you deal with your depression. Its the old saying, you can run, but you cannot hide from yourself. A couple things to feel better immediately to stop masking your depression; stop drinking coffee. Coffee is a stimulant, just like meth-amphetamine, but not as strong. If you drink coffee every day, you will become addicted just like a person who does meth everyday. Start with a correct diet; eliminate caffeine, alcohol, GMOs, sugar, grains, gluten and dairy. We were depressed. We are not anymore. Thing is, if you drink coffee with sugar and real or fake cream, then you won't know you're depressed because caffeine and sugar and dairy will mask the depression symptoms temporarily. When you start feeling better, its like climbing out of the quicksand. However, if youve spent years masking your symptoms, you may be so deep in the quicksand you are over your head. Your depression is so great that you cannot notice feeling better or getting worse. You’ve completely shut off. So, thats why its a good idea to have someone who can identify when you are getting better (or worse). Depression. Everyone hates the word depression. No one wants to acknowledge that they are depressed. We live in a society that a huge portion of the people are depressed. The biggest reason for this, is sexual repression. Sexual repression leads to depression. Depression and refraining from sex, often leads to overconsumption of food. Which leads to weight gain. Which makes you more depressed. It’s a viscous cycle.
I have been depressed for years now. I never dealt with my depression. Instead I masked it with eating disorders. I am finally dealing with my depression over the last couple months. I took out all my distractions and addictions to break down the walls. Now my feelings can be heard again. Today I took some photos with JediRich. Here they are. I feel proud that I am breaking down the years of repression and depression. It’s important to break that cycle of sexual repression. Sexual repression turns to depression. Which leads to overeating which causes weight gain and unhappiness. Our society has gone to a whole new level of sexual hang ups due to repression. Humans are insanely sexual beings. It is in our nature to have a lot of sex with a lot of different people. We are not monogamous by nature. That’s why so many relationships fail. They hold each other to standards that no one can happily meet. We have rules in society, that you can only have sex with one partner for life. You may think that you are happy, but you will always feel inadequate. We are social people that want to have fun and fuck. We are not made to only be with only one person for life. for Our current society has put the kibosh on that. We have gone the opposite of more open. We are now so sexually repressed it’s ridiculous. We have more sexual issues than ever before, because people are refraining from sex. The more you refrain from sex, the more depressed you will become. Your body is saying I want to fuck and you keep telling your feelings no. Ignoring your true feelings will lead to depression. I have struggled with depression for many years. All depression ultimately stems from sexual repression, because sexuality is the core of our being. I am a very sexual girl. JediRich and I have sex at least once a day if not 2 or 3 times a day. We understand how important it is to be open with your partner. JediRich and I are a Polyamorous couple. That means we are able to fuck other people within our relationship. We are open to multiple loves within our base relationship. JediRich and I are each other’s primary. Which means we are do or die together for eternity. We bring other people into our lives as we feel. We had a girl friend live with us a couple years back. Even though we are a very open and sexual couple, sexual repression can still occur. It can occur daily. You have to keep yourself on your toes, to not let sex ever become a dirty thing to you. If you view sex as dirty, in anyway, then you are sexually repressed. If you are not fucking your partner daily, then you are sexually repressed. We are such sexual beings. You need to make sure for your health that you are either fucking or masturbating at least once a day. Sexual repression is the biggest culprit for weight gain. When we deny our feelings what they really want, our body tries other methods like eating to compensate. If you push down your sexuality, then you will notice that you will struggle with overeating. Food can be a temporary mood lifter. When you eat the food, you feel good temporarily. Once you realize how much you ate, or if you feel sluggish, then the depression comes on ten fold. You have to get off this new trend of no sex, then compensating with food. If people were being more open and poly, we would have a lot more attractive people. Sexual repression causes people to feel insecure. When people feel insecure, they do not represent themselves as well as if they are feeling good. Depressed people will never look as good as people who are free of spirit. A free, Polyamorous person, will look more attractive, because they are in tune with themselves. Insecurity and depression is never attractive. Freedom to be your true self with make you look fresh and young. No one wants to be a dried up old depressed grump. The best way to get out of depression, is listen to your feelings. That is the cure. Your feelings will tell you everything you need to hear. Often people ignore their feelings, because they think their brain knows better. Listen to your feelings, they will never lead you astray. Your own feelings are never wrong. Be good to yourself by finally listening. I am finally starting to listen to my own feelings again, and my depression is starting to subside. It takes a bit of undoing. I have to retrain my brain. I developed some bad life habits, by not being in touch with how I felt. Your brain is all logical. If you just use your brain, you will have a boring life. Your brain is all about survival and keeping you safe. Having fun is not a priority of the brain. That’s your feelings. So you have to train your brain to listen to your feelings. People often think that I am a Vegan when they hear that I eat all Organics. Vegan is often associated with healthy eating and living. Vegan eating can be very healthy if it’s consumption of all Organics and basically raw foods, no packages or genetically modified organisms.
Eating all Organics, is a must in order to have a healthy diet and lifestyle this day and age, ever since they started messing with the food in the 80’s. Now the Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs), Dairy and gluten are starting to cause serious health and weight problems. Organics are necessary to stay fit and healthy. They do not require over exercise to compensate for weight loss. Light exercise is all that’s needed on an all Organic, GMO Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Low Sugar diet. The reason why Vegan diets are not always healthy is, they started marketing more products to the Vegans and Vegetarians. What that means is, they found creative ways to sell products to Vegans and Vegetarians. Once something is marketable, then companies start selling more products. Some of these companies have healthy products. Other ones do not, and a lot of the products contain artificial ingredients, gluten and GMOs. I was a Vegan and then a Vegetarian from 1995-2005. During those times, it was still a little more difficult to get vegan options. I had to eat a lot of lentils sprouts and falafel. Now there are so many Vegan and Vegetarian options. A lot of these options are not healthy even though they are Vegan. These are two words are not equal. Vegan or vegetarian is not automatically healthy. Some of these options are healthy, but most are not. Unless one is eating all Organics and basic items, like items not processed or packaged or genetically modified. One should do all their shopping in the produce aisle at the grocery store. If people are choosing packaged Vegan and Vegetarian options, then these are not healthy. Recently, I heard that they have Vegan options at the fast food restaurants. This already sounds like an oxymoron to me. Healthy fast food. It does not exist. If there are Vegan and Vegetarian options at fast food, then you can realize that you have to be careful to not confuse all vegan options with healthy options. Once something had made it to fast food, you can already rule that out as a nutritious food. That is the epitome of commercialism Vegan Fast Food. There is nothing healthy about Fast Food. That is all processed, artificial non organic food. Make sure when you are choosing vegan or vegetarian that it is Organic, GMO Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Low Sugar. Another culprit for unhealthy options for Vegan and Vegetarian is if the sugar content is too high or has any artificial sugars or sweeteners. If you want to be healthy and be a Vegan or Vegetarian, then you must eat basic organic foods like beans, nuts, vegetables and some fruit. Make sure that the options you are choosing are not full of sugar. I know when I was a Vegan, I tended to go for all sugary options like fruit and smoothies. Which led me to gain a lot of weight as a Vegan. Although, there can be some benefits of fruit, these should be consumed in small amounts due to the high sugar content. It’s always a better option to choose veggies over fruit. That way you are getting the healthy benefits with lower sugar. A high sugar diet has a list of health problems that follow. Sugar is the leading cause for harmful things to grow in our body. All living things feed on sugar. So the higher the sugar content, the better the environment you make it for “things” to grow. What these “things” I speak of can be is Cancer, Candida (yeast), bacteria, fungus, diseases and disorders. Scientists are daily doing studies on the effects of sugar on your body. Now people argue that’s just refined, added sugar they are talking about. No...it is all sugar. Ideally humans should consume less than 35 grams or 2.5 tablespoons of sugar per day. An organic apple has about 12 grams of sugar. Easily the amount of sugar needed per day can be consumed quickly. If you are struggling with your diet, it’s a simple switch to Organics. Also watch for GMOs, make sure to eat all Organics, definitely cut out dairy and gluten and keep your sugar at around 35 grams per day. If you do all those things, you will find that the weight sheds off, you feel amazing and you never have to go to the gym. I just do light workouts at home. I am not a Vegan or Vegetarian anymore. There were a couple reasons why I stopped being a Vegan. The main reason was I was getting diabetic symptoms from the high sugar and I was gaining a lot of weight. I had started being a Vegan when I was 10 years old. I thought it was a fantastic option since I love animals and wanted to lose weight. 10 years into it and I was heavier than I had ever been. I decided I had to make a change. So then I switched to a higher beef protein diet. That was what did it for me. I was unable to find options that would replace beef. The artificial meat has too many artificial things in it. I only eat food that is from the earth organically. I do not eat any genetically modified, artificial or gluten foods. So beef is all that works for me. I choose grass fed organic beef for my protein. I love animals, so we shop at Whole Foods and get the grass fed, cruelty free, able to graze and farm raised cow meat. Of course I would prefer to not eat animals, but that’s not the way the Universe intended for us to live. People seem to not think about that plants are alive as well. They can feel when we eat them, most of the time they are still alive while we are eating them. The Universe is a beautiful place. It is full of amazing creatures. We as humans are responsible to treat the other beings with respect. Are we as a society doing that? No, we are not. We have animals, plants and humans treated horribly every day. This is extremely sad to me. It breaks my heart. I hate seeing suffering. I wish I could make it all better. Unfortunately, I cannot change the laws. There are groups out there working to make changes like PETA. I commend them for that. Thanks PETA. I would love if we went back to the old days before animal cruelty. The time before we had guns, and it was a fair battle between the animals and the humans. I would dig it being that way. Then it would be fight or flight for the humans and the animals. We would be having to watch for the lions, tigers and bears. That would be ideal. I know it is not that way. So I make the best out of my options. Being a Vegan caused a lot of health problems and made me gain weight, so cruelty free organic, grass fed beef from Whole Foods is the best option if you love animals but do not want to be a full Vegan or vegetarian. It’s also super important to watch out and avoid Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs). A lot of Vegan or Vegetarian options are made from GMOs or gluten. Both of those cause tons of health problems and are the leading causes for obesity. GMOs are causing a laundry list of problems. Everyday, Scientists are discovering new problems arising from GMOs and Gluten. We started using them regularly in the 80s. Now almost 40 years later, we have more health problems and obesity than ever before. Make sure if you are choosing Vegan or Vegetarian Foods, that you avoid GMOs and Gluten. Whether you are Vegan, Vegetarian, meat eater or somewhere in between just make sure to eat all Organics and avoid GMOs, Gluten, Dairy, and keep your sugar low to feel great and lose weight. JediRich got us a new green screen for our home studio. This is going to be so much fun. I am just starting to come out of my depression. I am looking forward to many adventures with this green screen. Look for more blogs in the future.
I have been super depressed over the last couple months. I am finally started to deal with the depression from my mother’s suicide and my brother’s motorcycle accident death. For years I drank and was bulimic to deal with the depression.
Now that I am finally healthy and eat all Organics and smoke cannabis, I finally am able to deal with all the pain and hurt from all those many years ago. We as a society often mask our issues with addictions. Addictions can be healthy things and not so healthy things. Anything that consumes a huge majority of our thinking is an addiction. Whether it be food, drugs, caffeine, sugar, diet, exercise, sex, whatever it is. All these things are fine in small doses. It’s if they start to consume your whole being. If you are focusing a huge portion of you attention on one thing then you probably should adjust or stop doing that thing. Life is so complex, beautiful and vast. It’s a shame to waste all your time focusing on an addiction like food. Anything that becomes an addiction is also a distraction. These are distractions from the fact that you are depressed. A large portion of humans are depressed and do not even realize that. Cannabis really helps with depression. I smoke cannabis everyday to help with my depression. It’s a life saver. I love that it is legal in Las Vegas!! |
