I ended up Flashing the Neighbors during this video. It was thrilling and freeing. I could not upload the full flashing video to YouTube or our website host Weebly. They do not allow nudity or too much sexuality. I am not about to get my third YouTube account banned. I have already had two taken down for too much sexuality. This happens to me often.
JediRich and I go out every morning to feed the bunnies 🐰and squirrels 🐿. I was feeling much better. I was super depressed over the month of November and most of December.
My mom committed suicide on November 18, 2005. Although it has now been 14 years, the sadness is still super impactful this time of year. We have body memories in our fat cells. As we get fatter, those memories stay impactful on your body. As you lose weight, you release those memories.
As a society, we are grossly overweight. I am not saying this in anyway to hurt people’s feelings. The reality is, as a society, we are facing an increasing number of deadly diseases and illnesses due to food issues. The food being provided in mass quantity, is not the proper food for human nutrition. The food is made to meet basic calorie standards and make you instantly sick.
Those are the basic requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to check. Does the food make you sick right away? Does it meet basic caloric nutrition standards? Check and check and that food is off to the races and on the grocery market shelves. No where do they consider will the food make you FAT???
In the 80’s, society started to worry that there would be a food shortage. The food that we now today call...ORGANIC. Organic, is the way the food used to be before GMOs and the fake food creation. The fake food creation, was in response to the FEAR of running out of REAL food. I am not sure what came first, the introduction of dairy or sugar or caffeine or alcohol. All of those play huge factors in death, illness and overall bad health.
The best food for a human to eat, is food directly from nature. If, we could go hunt and gather still, that would be our most ideal well being. We now have machines and companies that do all our hunting and gathering. In order to recreate nature, we need to eat things that our still from this earth.
In the fast craze of modern society, recreating nature became inconvenient. It was easier to head to the closet fast food chain or grab a coffee or snack. As more companies were created, people had less time to spend preparing and cooking meals. The introduction of the microwave, was thought to be the modern LIFESAVER. In future history books, they will look back on the microwave as one of the leading destructors of society.
The microwave takes all of the nutrition out of anything that you pop in there. This does not seem to faze people as they put TV dinner or left over in an out of that nutrition sucking device. JediRich and I use the microwave for three purposes. One, It has a fan I turn on when I cook. My microwave is over my stove. Number two, It has a light for cooking. Number 3, to keep food warm after it is cooked on the stove.
Our microwave is never used to heat or reheat food or beverages. One of the best ways to start getting better nutrition, is to stop microwaving. Heat and reheat items on the stove. It takes more time, and that is why we as a society are overweight. Everything that is healthy for us, takes more time. We want fast and easy. FAST and EASY is the best definition for why people are FAT!! Make something GODDAMN hard for yourself once in awhile and you will lose weight.
Work for your food, I mean other than your job that pays the bills. I mean work for your FOOD. Walk to the store. We chose to not replace our car after it was stolen. We had a 2009 Jaguar XF Premium. It was gorgeous, I loved that car. It was stolen in 2017, check out our ‘Cave Adventure” for more about that story. We walk, take public transportation and Uber as a last resort, if it is absolutely too far.
When I say too far, I mean it will not be time efficient for you. Most people are fairly busy to extremely busy. Some of the events are mandatory, for example your paid job. Other events are completely optional and obligatory. Those are the items that need to be evaluated. Where is the extra space to fill in exercise and home cooked meals. I know there is some space there.
People say, no there is no space. I have work, family, kids, friends, commitments, etc. I guarantee a change of food lifestyle will definitely provide more time for all commitments. Right now, most people do not feel well. They supplement their feelings with a jolt of caffeine or sugar. This is a temporary bandaid for a huge societal health problem. Most people are extremely sick and not even aware. They have put the bandaid of caffeine and sugar on the nagging pains they feel.
Sugar, Caffeine, Alcohol, Dairy, GMOs, Gluten, Fake Food, Artificial Flavor, Artificial Meat, Artificial Sweetener are all responsible for the increasing number of OBESITY across the entire planet. Food needs to be real from this earth. Anything fake and artificial equals FAT and health problems.
The simplest way to first proceed if currently overweight, is to EAT BEEF!!! We have this misconception that VEGAN, VEGETARIAN and FRUIT equal HEALTHY!! They most certainly do not. There needs to be a switch turned or a light bulb moment for everyone. Wait eating BEEF will make me thin and eating FRUIT will make me FAT!?! Yes!! Eating a diet of Organic Beef if possible. If Organic is too expensive then start with conventional beef. As the weight comes off the transition to Organics is easier.
It is important to eat Organics for numerous reasons. One of the awesome things about Organics is the treatment of the animals. I love animals. Every morning, I feed a family of wild bunnies, squirrels and birds. It is the highlight of my day. I stand out there for an hour watching my little critter friends enjoy their carrots and hamster food. They are the sweetest little creatures. I love all creatures. I do not even kill the cockroaches anymore. They are just doing their thing. They do not hurt anyone. They just look funny.
No one wants to have to kill and eat animals. The reality is, that is reality. Death is not the end. Death is only the beginning to another existence or dimension. Killing an animal releases him to the next place. Now, I do not ever recommend killing anything unless it is 100% necessary. Killing for food for survival is a necessity. If we were all still in the wild, there would be animals that would eat us.
This is where the Vegan/Vegetarian community has an argument. We have tainted nature. We are the dominating species due to our weapons and technology not our brute strength. It was a more fair fight back in the day. Kill to eat and kill or be killed. Now we have so much animal cruelty. That makes me sick to my core every time, I think of it. I hate that anything would ever treat any animal or person poorly. I hate the way a lot of humans are treated.
I do my part, in not contributing to the animal cruelty but eating all Organic, GMO Free, Cage Free, Cruelty Free, Pasture Raised, Grass Fed, Steroid and Hormone Free Beef. I will not eat conventional meat for many reasons. One being that I will not eat something that condones cruelty and mistreatment of animals. Number two, Organics are TRUE FOOD. Organics are the only option for an ideal human weight.
I would love to be a Vegan. I was for over 8 years. I became a Vegan when I was 12. I thought it would be a great option for weight loss and I hated the idea of eating animals. My weight started to climb as I chose breads, high sugar fruits and veggies. I became the fattest I ever was, while I was Vegan. I currently weigh anywhere from 105-110 lbs. While, I was Vegan, I weighed 160 lbs!! That was my top weight of my life. I did not feel comfortable at the weight for myself. I decided to throw Veganism “Out the Window”.
The problem with diets that are high in fruit and vegetables, is the sugar content. We should only be consuming 30 grams of sugar a day at a MAX!!! A diet that has a high amount of fruit or vegetables will go over that daily amount with one snack. One fruit smoothie is already over the daily allotted amount of sugar. One cup of coffee with sugar or artificial sweetener is over the total for the day.
It does not matter to the brain if the sugar is real or artificial. The brain will still start the process as if it received sugar. This process is, releasing insulin. Insulin tells the body to store fat and go into dormant mode. This is why shortly after the sugar or coffee, the tiredness sets back in. Then another cup of coffee, caffeine or snack is grabbed. Years of telling the brain to store fat, will lead to increased weight and body mass year after year. This is why people tend to get fat as they get older. It is not due to age, its due to, too much SUGAR!!!
Eat more BEEF!! Go for beef, rather than anything else. Replace sugar, fruit, veggies, salad, smoothies, coffee, chips, rice, anything other than meat....GO FOR THE BEEF!! If there is only another meat option, then go for the MEAT. Meat, especially BEEF, is now your BEST FRIEND!! This is what we eat all day long to do our Jedi tasks. We have never looked or felt better since we switched to an all Organic Beef diet. We also throw in some LEAFY GREENS and GARLIC, ALL ORGANIC!! That is what we eat!!
