Breakfast of Champions!! I cannot believe people have CEREAL, MILK and Coffee for breakfast. Those are the culprits for FAT storage...SUGAR, CAFFEINE & DAIRY!! Want to lose weight? Cut out Caffeine, Sugar, Alcohol, Gluten and Dairy!!!
