Diet and sexual repression are the biggest causes for depression. We live in a society that food often replaces sex. People get together and instead of fucking, they now stuff their faces. Especially couples, if you all are double dating, all anyone really wants to do is hook up.
Stop fooling yourself that we are not primal. We are primal beings. We want to have sex often. We should be more like the birds. Hanging out and fucking all day. Instead we busy ourselves with nonsense to distract ourselves from our true desires. Wanting to have sex and wanting it often, is not an addiction, it’s a necessity. Sex is one of the few things that you could do with your partner for free anytime. It’s amazing exercise. You cannot get better exercise then sex. It’s a full body and mind exercise. I like to come at least three times a day. This helps relieve my anxiety. Sex is beautiful. If you have an issue with sex, then you need to look into that. Sex is crucial for happiness. Trying to deny your inner most sexual feelings will leave you sad and depressed. Throw religion out the window; that tells you sex is wrong or only for marriage. These are lies that keep people enslaved. If you chose to not have sex for moral reasons, then you are choosing to be a slave to religion. No one should ever tell you when, where or with whom should you have sex. This is no ones business but you and whoever is involved. Religion is old. We are in 2019. Let’s bring Sex back to this world, especially to Sin City!!
