Cancer and Sugar
Cancer only exists with sugar. Sugar feeds cancer. If you cut out sugar, then cancer cannot survive. It’s as simple as that. Now, if you say, I cut out sugar, but I still have cancer. Then I would say, did you really cut out sugar?
Here’s the deal. Sugar is in everything now a days. All processed and packaged foods are loaded with sugar. Those are the ones that most people are aware of. The hidden sugar, is the sugar from artificial anything. If something is artificial, then your body treats it as a sugar.
What that means is, then your body starts the processes to break down sugar. It produces insulin. Insulin is the counter balance to sugar. The more sugar, then more insulin is produced. Insulin tells your body to store fat. So the more insulin your body creates, the fatter you become.
Now what does being fat have to do with cancer? It has everything, because if you are fat, then you are consuming too much sugar in some form. Whether it be artificial sweeteners, colors, meats, flavorings, anything not from this earth is artificial and should not be consumed. Anything not from this earth, breaks down to sugar immediately and your body says store fat.
So back to cancer, cancer feeds on sugar. You are telling your body that you received sugar, If you consuming anything artificial, GMOs, conventional food, Gluten, Dairy, alcohol or caffeine. So by consuming these items, you are consuming sugar. Does that make sense? Since these items are not organic from this earth, they become sugar to your system.
Sugar is toxic for a cancer survivor. Cancer loves sugar. Cancer will spread like wildfire, the more sugar you consume. JediRich’s dad found out he had throat cancer several years back. The doctors put him on an all sugar, liquid diet, since he couldn’t eat full food anymore. They were unaware that the sugar was so harmful.
JediRich’s dad, my father in law, John, died within 4 years of the cancer being discovered. The liquid diet, was the worst thing they could have ever done for him. In his dying days, he told JediRich to avoid Gluten. He had clarity on his deathbed. He knew the food was messed up, and that’s what was killing him.
After I quit bulimia, I remembered back to John’s advice about the gluten. I started scouring the internet to find out what was going on with the food. The food is killing us. Cancer is so rampant, because everything is either full of sugar or our brain is treating it as sugar. All the added havoc on the body, breaks down the immune system and makes us more susceptible to diseases.
The problem with things like Artificial sweeteners is, the amount of sugar your brain thinks it receives is astronomical. We are only supposed to consume about 30 grams of sugar a day in any form. That’s includes fruit and vegetables. Beyond 30 grams, your body stores it as fat. What happens with artificial sweeteners, is your brain believes it received way more sugar than you would have given, had it been cane sugar.
Let me explain, let’s say you use regular cane sugar for your coffee. You add about 1-2 teaspoons. Now when you turn to a stevia, Splenda, equal or anything artificial, your brain believes it received 100s or grams of sugar. Your body starts the process to break down 100s of grams of sugar, which it cannot do. So it produces a ton of insulin and starts storing everything as fat.
What that means is every time you have a cup of coffee with your artificial sweeteners and dairy, you are telling your body to store fat all day. The amount of sugar has already far exceeded what you should have consumed for the entire day with that one cup of coffee. Now your body is in store fat instead of burn fat mode all day.
Coffee does the same thing without the dairy and sweeteners. What Caffeine does is, it raises your blood sugar. Whenever your blood sugar is raised, your body once again produces insulin and says store fat. Every cup of coffee or tea tells your body to go into store fat mode. No one wants to be in store fat mode. That mode makes us tired, sluggish, overweight and depressed.
The ideal mode is, burning fat mode. That’s when you have the most energy and you are being the most efficient with your nutrients. It’s almost impossible to get into burning fat mode if you are drinking caffeine or alcohol. Alcohol has the same principles as caffeine. It also raises your blood sugar. Which then the insulin influx tells your body to store fat.
The other issues with alcohol, is that it is a cleaning solvent. Alcohol is not healthy in any means. Often people believe it is good for anxiety relief and relaxation. It is actually quite the opposite. All alcohol does is numb your feelings and delay the inevitable. Alcohol is an escape. Cannabis is the answer, If you want something that can be relaxing and healthy.
We eat all Organics, GMO Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Artificial Anything Free, Caffeine Free, Alcohol Free, Low Sugar and High Protein. I came up with this list by almost dying several times with my diet and eating disorders. I tried everything. I almost gave up. I was so depressed because everything made me sick after bulimia.
Finally, I figured it out, after 3 years of trial and error of every type of food. I was so sick for 3 years. I was able to function at times, not at other times. For the first 6 months, I spent about 12 hours a day or more in bed sick as can be after, my bulimia.
Everything I ate made me so sick. I had lost the ability to digest. The food would come up without trying. I would have to hold back the vomit for months to get over it. I would throw up in my mouth on accident to avoid throwing up. I would bloat as if I was 9 months pregnant. It was excruciating pain. My stomach felt like it was turned inside out and upside down. Which it was. I was bulimic for over 15 years. I had created horrendous damage.
The only option for me, is what I have settled on. When I eat now, I don’t even get nauseous. I would still get nauseous, If I ate conventional food. My bulimia issue was not only a psychological issue, it was also a food issue. I cannot handle all this fake food. It makes me sick. I might be different than everyone else, but what I did works for me and works for JediRich.
JediRich lost over 125 lbs eating all Organics and the list I mentioned earlier. We eat when we are hungry. We stop when we are full. We never feel intense cravings. We eat for nutrition and survival. We do not eat for entertainment. Food can be a fun and festive thing, but we have let food become the pinnacle of social existence.
I noticed this when I was bulimic. Every social setting is intermixed with food, Caffeine, or alcohol. People meet for dinner, coffee, or drinks. It’s almost ludicrous to meet and not consume a food or beverage. That is exactly what JediRich and I do now. We only drink water. I love sparkling waters. I make sure the sparkling water has no flavor.
Avoid those flavors. Natural means nothing. It’s a marketing term. Natural flavoring means it is naturally fake food. They made fake food naturally. See Organics is the key. Natural means nothing more than conventional. Make sure you are always choosing organic not natural. It’s easy to get those confused. They purposely made it confusing to fool people into buying natural items so they feel healthy.
It can be a natural piece of shit. That does not mean anything. Go with all Organics! Stay away from Dairy, Gluten, GMOs, Caffeine, Artificial Anything, and Alcohol and I guarantee you will cure your cancer!!
