I love to dance and do my nunchucks for workouts. We used to have a gym membership. We canceled it after our car was stolen and we lived in the cave for 3 months. We realized that all the simple things technology fixes, just makes us lazier and not as in shape.
When you do not have a car, you end up walking and taking the bus everywhere. These both are fantastic workouts, especially if you are carrying a bunch of groceries. We think it’s kind of funny now to imagine driving to the gym to workout. You could just walk or run outside and save yourself time and money. Another way to burn calories, is cleaning your house regularly. People often hire people to clean. No need for that. Get off your bum and do it yourself. Do not say you don’t have time. Everyone has time to keep their place tidy. Dirty houses are just out of laziness. Everyone can help with chores, from the wife, husband and kids. The whole responsibility does not have to fall on the mom. That’s a big reason why kids are getting larger, is parents are hiring maids instead of making the kids do chores. My mom was a janitor and house cleaner. She was a single mom with 3 jobs and still our place was spotless. I started cleaning houses with her when I was 7 and we cleaned my whole school since I was 5 years old. No kid is too young to start learning to clean. Now I love cleaning, because my mom started me on the habit at such a young age. Instead of watching so much TV, have cleaning time. Also by not using devises like a dishwasher. We have one that I have never opened. I wash all dishes by hand. It’s a good workout and feels good being connected with the water. This morning I had to defrost our freezer with a blow dryer. It’s an old freezer that does not have the technology to defrost itself like the new ones. That’s when it came to me that...technology has caused laziness. They wanted all woman to go to work, so they made household chores easier. Another fantastic way to lose weight, the actual best way is sex!! Sex causes an endorphin rush and burns tons of calories. JediRich and I have sex at least 2-3 times a day. It is super important for overall well being and health. Sexual repression causes depression. If you are suffering from depression, check your sex life. That is what causes depression, weight gain, unhappiness, etc, is not having enough sex. Sex is crucial for humans to live a happy life. No one is as happy when they are refraining from sex as they can be when they are being free and poly. Monogamy is not for humans. We are not made to be monogamous. That’s not in our nature. Remember religion is what made rules against sex. Prior to that people had free love. Religion wants you to refrain from sex, because it is easier to control people when you are taking away the one thing we all desire. To feel good and to be fucking. It is as simple as that folks. All the rest is fillers in life. If you aren’t fucking, then I guarantee you are not truly happy. Your feelings say you are horny. The teachings and society, tell us to deny our true feelings. Fucking is not wrong. Do not listen to what the religious folks say. They are full of shit!! Literally and figuratively. When you are not opening up your body and refraining from sex, you are generally a tight ass. You also probably have trouble shitting. This is no joke. Sex is connected to all general health, especially bowl health!!
