Elvis Dance Marathon to get back in Shape!!!
I was eating a little too many organic almonds and cashews last month. I had to cut those out and get my butt back in shape!! I am working on getting the fat off the back of my legs. They are still quite jiggly.
Dancing is a fantastic workout and it’s a ton of fun!! Turn on your camera and it will make it even more fun. You don’t have to post it, but it’s a fun way to motivate yourself to dance and workout.
