FAT is NOT HEALTHY!!!

aFat is Not Healthy

Society has become increasingly overweight. I love watching movies. Throughout the years I have seen the actors get larger. I do not necessarily mean fatter, which they are getting fatter. They are getting bigger. This is because of the huge consumptions of sugar, caffeine and the steroids and hormones coming second hand from the plants and animals. 

The farmers and growers have been finding more ways to make the plants and animals bigger, larger, last longer and be better looking. People like to see apples that look the same. They like them to be plump and a certain color that they are accustomed to. This is the start of the end. People are risking their health in a means to make food cheaper, faster, more affordable, better tasting and more profitable at the end of the day. What is more important people’s health or making money? Obviously society has shown the latter to be more important.

We have more obesity, then ever before. Heart Disease is the number one cause of death in America, yet we are not allowed to call people fat. Heart disease is caused by diet. What a person consumes directly affects heart health. Healthy organic eating will elongate life. Eating a high sugar diet, will lessen a lifespan. 

Why is it that society has been brainwashed to think that Fat is healthy. The reason is Sugar Addiction. Unless a person is making a conscience effort to avoid sugar, one will most likely be consuming much more than the body can daily process. The World Health Organization recommends that a male should never consume more than 50 grams of sugar a day. The W.H.O. recommends woman consume no more than 25 grams a day. The average person is consuming hundreds to thousands of grams of sugar per day.

The body can only process for males 50 grams a day, for females 25 grams a day. The excess sugar is then stored as fat or used to feed diseases, disorders, diabetes, heart disease, candida, cancer and much more. The reason why fat is not healthy is because consuming so much sugar is not healthy. In order to be fat, one has to consume more than the recommended sugar intake.

People will blame the weight on genetics. A person can be born fat, due to the choices made by the parents. This does not mean it’s genetics. It means the parents ate improperly and then educated the children improperly about diet. They may have even said it’s in the genes there is nothing that can be done. This is not true.

Every person on this planet can be thin. The way to be thin is to eat property. It is not exercise, genetics, a curse. It all comes down to what is put on the tongue. The food that is consumed is more important than the quantity. Eating a little bit of shitty, unhealthy food will make a person fatter, then eating a ton of healthy food.

What is healthy food? Animal meat!! The Vegans hate this. I do not want cruelty to animals, that’s why I eat all Organics. I choose Organic, Cruelty Free, Grass Fed, GMO Free, Cage Free, Antibiotic Free, Hormone Free, Steroid free meat. When the farmers do not inject all those substances in the animals then one will not consume them either.

One of the other reasons why everyone is getting larger is due to the hormones and steroids given to the plants and animals. If a person consumes something that is made to make a cow or apple bigger, then the person will be become larger as well.

The number one reason for Obesity is, Sugar Addiction. Sugar is a drug. For some reason we forget that. Sugar is the strongest drug, because it is the only drug that the body needs in small doses to survive, but in large doses kills.

Sugar activates the opiate receptors in the brain and affects the reward center, which leads to compulsive behavior, despite the negative consequences like gaining weight, headaches, hormone imbalance, diseases and cancer. For some reason we have brainwashed the world into thinking that Fat is healthy in order to continue the production of food.

Food is the biggest industry in the world. Think about it, everything resolves around food. Rarely do people meet without consuming something food or drinks or both. Society has become obsessed with Food. This is because of sugar addiction. Sugar is so addictive and society will not allow any change by encouraging that fat is healthy. 

Everyday people die from weight related illnesses and we call that normal. We say do not Fat Shame. It is not their fault. Yes it is!!! They are consuming too much of the wrong food and beverages. That is the bottom line. Being Fat is solely due to what a person eats!!

​Choose meat options when in doubt. Protein is what keeps a person healthy. Everything else is too much sugar for a daily amount. 25 grams is the max recommended by the World Health Organization for woman. 25 grams is one Apple. The thought one Apple a day will keep the doctor away, more like more than one apple a day, keeps the doctor in your way!!
