You won’t know that you have candida if you drink coffee. Caffeine masks the symptoms; bloating, digestive problems, joint pains, low immune system, extreme lethargy, yeast infections, intense sugar and salt cravings, depression, exhaustion, sickness, irritability, weight gain. Candida lives in your stomach and eat sugar. In order to get ride of candida, you have to “starve” the candida from any sugar. But wait - everything humans eat break down to sugar. This is why it is hard. You have eliminate any excess sugar from your system for 45 days to fully “starve” out the candida. The steps are easy, but sticking to it for 60 days is hard. Starve out the candida by eating: - 100% organic grass fed beef - 100% green leaves for fiber like chard or collard greens - NO SALT. - Thats it.
The first few days are the hardest and then it gets worse. When the candida die, they release 79 toxins, including ethanol. You will feel sick, tired, exhausted, depressed - suicidal. On going, maintain a healthy balanced low-sugar diet: - NO DAIRY, ever. Cow milk is breast milk for a 1500 lb mammal; thats ten times the average size of a human. Even if you water down the cow’s-milk, the cow’s hormones will make you feel tired, fat and bloated and the excess sugar will harvest candida in your stomach. - No eggs or chicken. - No grains, corns, rice, potatoes, etc. These unfortunately have been so GMO’d that there is no truly organic seed any more. They are all essentially GMO. - No caffeine, alcohol, alkaline (cocaine), opiates or any medication that will alter you blood sugar level. - Organic everything: non-GMO, gluten free, low sugar (fruit only) and no processed foods, including restaurant foods - NEVER.
