Our society has replaced sex with sugar for a long time. This is exactly opposite of what you want. Sex and sexuality is your entire being. Sexual repression leads to depression and weight gain. One of the best complete body workouts is sex. A lot of people are struggling with their diets. They are most likely not getting enough sex or masturbating enough. This is the number one cause for depression.
Depression leads to weight gain. Depression can be related to your body going into dormant mode. When one is depressed, they gain weight, feel slugglish and generally do not feel like having sex or masturbating. It becomes a viscous cycle of repression, then depression and then more repression. Over the years people see a steady incline in their weight and a decline in their sexual activity. We have associated this with age. Age has very little to do with your sexual appetite. Diet and freedom are what allow for sexuality to exist.
If a person consumes too much sugar, caffeine, alcohol, artificial foods and conventional, non organic food, then one will become more and more depressed over time and less sexual. Sugar replaces your sex drive. It is also the most powerful drug on the planet. Excessive sugar is more powerful and harmful than heroine. Sugar is necessary for human existence. In excess sugar is harmful and deadly to humans.
Our society is consuming so much sugar in all different forms. Anything artificial is automatically treated as sugar by your brain. What that means is, if you eat artificial anything like flavorings, sugar substitutes, processed, packaged, fake meats, anything that is not from this earth originally is treated as sugar by the brain. What happens when the brain things it receives sugar, is it produces insulin. Insulin tells your body to store fat. The more often people eat fake artificial foods, the more insulin the body is producing, which leads to weight gain over the years.
Caffeine and alcohol have the same principles. They raise your blood sugar, which also tells your brain to store fat. Every cup of coffee at the end of the day, tells your body to gain weight. People often drink caffeine to suppress their appetite. They do not realize, that the coffee is indeed making them fat. Cut out the caffeine, alcohol and any beverages other than water and one will immediately drop a lot of weight.
As Jedi, we live minimally. We struggled with out weight for years. I had eating disorders since I was 7 years old. I was bulimic for over 15 years and anorexic before that. JediRich was also bulimic. We were the example of the worst diet and lifestyles in the past. We ate horribly. I drank so much caffeine. I was so addicted to coffee. I started drinking coffee when I was 5 years old. My mom gave me coffee to wake up for school. She did not realize how detrimental it was for my health. She did not know any better at the time.
My mom committed suicide in 2005, when I was 20 years old. She was obsessed with being thin. My mom viewed overweight people as lazy and not having self control. Come to find out now, most people cannot help it. The food has gotten so bad and takes over the brain. Sugar is a drug. People are addicted. It is not that people are lazy. It is that the food choices drain their energy, sex drive and drive for life. It is impossible to be happy once the sex drive is gone. Without sexuality people become depressed and some even end up killing themselves, like my mom.
My mom was a staunch religious lady. She frowned upon sex and sexual expression. This made her depressed over the years. My mom was beautlful and extremely sexual red head. She pushed down her sexuality for years in the church. She was even a youth pastor. She ate too much sugar. She did not eat much, but the choices she made were all sugar. She was all about eating all fruit, veggies and she loved ice cream. She ate very little protein. Completely opposite of the way I eat. I eat an all protein diet of organic grass fed beef, organic greens and organic garlic. Diet and sex are the most important and only things that will ultimately make you happy.
When the diet is out of whack and people are not being sexual, they will be more depressed and sadder. A lot of people are unaware that they are depressed. They distract on a daily basis. They keep themselves busy to avoid realizing that they are sad, lonely and depressed. A lot of people are lonely, even if they are surrounded by people. Lonely can be a state of mind and it can be debilitating. Eating right and masturbating is the first step to get over loneliness. Build the foundation of your health and well being and the people will come. Its like the “Field of Dreams’ movie with Kevin Costner. Build it and they will come. The old saying of you have to love yourself before you can love others is true.
How you love yourself is by treating your body right. Consuming things that you know are harmful is super confusing to your brain. The brain does not understand why you would intentionally hurt yourself. It gets confused and then does not trust you. When your brain and body are not in unison, you will feel all out of whack. Your brain needs to be able to trust you. When you try to trick your brain, it gets mad.
A lot of fad diets, are about tricking the brain. This is a bad idea. It only works for a short time. Once the brain figures out what you are doing, it goes into survival mode override. That is why most diets fail. We made a lifestyle change, not a diet. We eat all organics, GMO Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Caffeine Free, Alcohol Free, Artificial Anything Free. This is a complete lifestyle and health change. Eating like this will make you feel as you never did before. I recovered from bulimia and JediRich lost at least 150 lbs eating this way. His weight had climbed to 320 lbs when I was bulimic. I ate poorly and so did my husband. I had to make changes for both our health. I almost died from bulimia and JediRich was starting to have major health problems.
I am super passionate about what we consume, because I almost died and JediRich had gotten so sick. We feel better than we ever have with the way we eat now. Our bodies are the best they have ever been. A in shape and fit body does not have to only be for young people. I am 34, JediRich is 51. We now have better bodies then when we were teens. Everyone has that option if you eat properly. The ideal body is within your grasp if you change your lifestyle.
