Light Exercise and Organics

A little morning exercise. I keep my morning exercise to about 20-30 mins. I used to go to the gym for 2-3 hours everyday to compensate for the bad food I ate. Now I eat only organic protein. No GMOs, No Dairy, No Gluten, No added Sugar, Low Sugar, No Caffeine and No Alcohol. My meals consist of all Organic beef, collard greens and garlic. That’s it. It’s as simple as that. I do not consume any beverages other than water.

It seems like an extreme way to eat, but it’s the way our ancestors ate. I’m part Native American. I’m sure my warrior ancestors were meat eaters. They were only drinking water and eating the animals that were available. Maybe a little nuts and berries, but primarily meat.

What has happened in our society, is they have convinced people that, they need to eat all these food groups. The food pyramid is BS. It was created to create more consumerism. By people eating more, they had to compensate by opening gyms. When people were eating “real food”, which we now call Organics, there was no need for intense working out to stay thin.

If you eat all Organics, Gluten Free, GMO Free, Dairy Free, and Low Sugar then you will be thin and feel great. The non organic food, what they call conventional food is what is making people overweight. Once they started messing with the food, people had to resort to working out several hours a day to stay thin. It did not used to be that way.

Thanks JediJoy. I have been eating Organics and lost 14 lbs in the last 2 months. I really appreciate your input.
