Nunchucks are a perfect example of the force. I left the natural sound in this video so that you can clearly hear the force of these nunchucks in each swing. These are thick bamboo nunchucks. They pack a hard punch. You can clearly hear the force that is being generated through the centripetal motion.
If you have seen Star Wars and are still unclear what the force is, then pick up a pair of nunchucks. You can feel the force being transferred to and from you to the nunchucks. As you stop spinning the nunchucks, you will feel all that force enter your body. It’s quite an intense and fun sensation to feel.
Nunchucks are such a phenomenal exercise because they use the force. Any exercise that utilizes the force will give you the most impact with the least amount of effort on your part. For example with the nunchucks you can get a full body and mind exercise in about 5 mins that burns as many calories as when you went to the gym if not more for me. I also get a mind and concentration exercise. At the gym I used to zone out, so my mind wasn’t actively exercising.
If you follow and utilize the force, you will find that your life flows a lot smoother. The days that everything went wrong was because you were going against the force. You need to take a breath and restart on days like that. Go with the flow even if it seems like not the right option due to prior knowledge.
See that’s the thing, due to prior knowledge. The force will always be what your feelings are telling you to do. It will be the first thought in a panic that comes to mind. They call it your gut instincts or survival instincts or motherly instincts or any other name other than your feelings. All your instincts are, are your feelings. Listen to those always and you will never be let down. It’s guaranteed, because even something that seems inherently bad is not when it’s your decision from your true feelings.
I hope this makes sense. People often confuse feelings with learned behaviors. What you were taught is not your feelings. Your feelings are never wrong. What you were taught in the past, the way you were raised and what you know now can be and is often wrong. Your feelings are smarter than anything you could ever learn in a book!!! Your feelings are what keep you out of depression. Ignore your feelings and your feelings will stop feeling anything. That’s what we call depression.
