Swimming is the absolute best exercises you can do. Swimming is the most gentle on all your organs, bones, and muscles. It is the best cardiovascular activity you can do. The thing about water is it is a great demonstration of the force. You can truly feel the force in a body of water.
Last year, I learned how to lap swim. I learned how to swim when I was young, but had never learned how to lap swim. I was only able to do basic swimming. JediRich taught me how to lap swim. Now I love it. We are so excited, They just opened the pool at our complex. We do a couple laps a day. That’s all you need if you are eating all Organics to stay in shape.
We eat all Organics, GMO Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Caffeine Free, Alcohol Free, Low Sugar and a high protein diet. Last year we were still eating chicken and eggs, so we had not fully gone GMO Free. There are no longer any true Organics chickens. The reason is they feed chickens corn. The problem with corn is, there are no longer any pure non GMO seeds left.
What I mean is they have tampered with corn so much that they lost the original seeds. They did not think we would need them. They thought GMOs would revolutionize the world. Well they sure did. In the sense that we have more diseases, disorders due to food and higher obesity than ever. This is due to GMOs and all artificial anything.
We only eat things that would have originally come from earth. We avoid it, if it’s man made. We only eat organic beef, organic vegetables, organic fruit and organic almonds. That’s it. We only drink water for beverages. All artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors, meats, foods are making you gain weight, feel lethargic and depressed.
Diet should be a lifestyle. Fad diets do not work long term. Most diets initially work because you eat less food and chose smarter options when you first start dieting. Diets and boring and hard. Eating Organics are delicious, satisfying and nutritious. You will be amazed at the difference you feel when you cut out the artificial crap.
