The Jedi are the only people on the planet who do not eat sugars or caffeine. We have eaten strictly organic ground beef (not steak or ribs or chicken or fish) for 3 years. Everyone says, "You cannot do that. You must eat your vegetables." We ask the question back, "Says who?". We were told to eat more vegetables and fruit by the government in the 1940s. Obesity rates were 10% in 1950. By 2018, obesity rates have skyrocketed to over 42%! The obesity rates quadrupled in less than 60 years. What happened? More people started raising their children on the Four Food Groups. You've hear of that, right? Parents in the 1980s taught their children to follow the USDA recommended guidelines which say eat equal parts fruits, vegetables, dairy, grains and meat. It's a 3 to 1 ratio of carbohydrates to protein. Anyone trying to lose weight in 2021 will tell you that eating that many carbohydrates (sugars) is a receipt for obesity.
Every 10 years the government would initiate a new health program aimed at changing people's eating behaviors. You've seen he ads. Heart Smart. Eat Smart. Healthy Eating. The images that come to mind when someone says healthy eating are a salad with tomatoes and vegetables. Who told you that? The T.V.
By 1960 they started advertising cereal, orange juice, oatmeal, toast, milk, fortified organic juice and even pancakes as healthy meanwhile, the position bacon, steak and eggs as fattening.
