I tried to order Organic beef online at Whole Foods. The first time, they sent me conventional beef. I saw that the shopper had selected the wrong items, so I tried again. Again the shopper was not able to find the Organic Beef. When I check online, it is still saying these items are in inventory. The shoppers are not finding the items and if you choose Do Not Replace items, then they give up easier and say they are out of inventory.
This is incorrect. It happens all the time. It is very frustrating as the consumer and I am sure it is frustrating when the business realizes the amount of money they are losing due to shopper of delivery incompetence. The other issue, I have with Whole Foods right now, is the App will not allow me to buy any Gerolsteiner Sparkling waters. When I put them in my cart, the system takes them out of my cart when I try to check out, It says I have reached the max limit. The max limit is zero. It has been this way for about 2 weeks now. I called Amazon about the apps. They said they would look into it. I love Gerolsteiner water. The system is not allowing me to buy any.
