People who are connected will stick to the same story.

Scott Roeben refuses to acknowledge two things in Las Vegas: That the Raiders stadium damage was covered up Sheldon Adelson's newspaper and that Oscar B. Goodman and Mark Davis have a connection.
ROEBEN, who owns the website www.vitalvegas.com and also owns the Twitter account @VitalVegas, will tweet about anything from piss on wall to first-hand insider information but refuse to tweet anything negative about the Adelson or the Goodmans. And he plays "blind-eyed cop" when it comes to the bizarre connection between the Goodman's, Sheldon Adelson and Mark Davis.
It seems like nobody cares that Las Vegas has corrupted homicidal cops who can’t catch mall store shooters, a construction crew that botched a $2 billion project, and a newspaper won’t investigate any of this because it’s owned by Sheldon Adelson. The same Sheldon Adelson that Mark Davis thanked for bringing the Raiders to Vegas at that awkward renaming ceremony.
The only place you can get real news about Vegas isn't the internet - you've got to go to the street. And that's exactly what JediRich.com Studios in Las Vegas is all about. Street level reporting.
We used to rely upon Vital Vegas. But even Scott Roeben, owner of @VitalVegas twitter account draws the line when criticizing Sheldon or the Goodman’s. Scott sees nothing wrong with Sheldon Adelson owning the newspaper and Mark Davis being Oscar Goodman's dummy.
Scott replies with a paragraph long response to Alien Nic's comment. But he only responds to the "joke" part. He seems adamant in getting it in writing that he has "NO AFFILIATION" with the City or the Goodmans or Mark Davis. Thats great to hear Scott, but that was never implied nor was it written. Re-read Alien Nic's tweet.
Rather than ignoring my question like he does 99% of my tweets, he jumped on it to say "NO CONNECTION".
Two things - a response from ROEBEN is rare. Secondly, he rarely makes any serious comments. He even admitted it on this tweet here:
So why did ROEBEN get all serious when I asked if there was a connection between Mark Davis and the Goodmans?
Scott Roeben works downtown and so do the Goodmans. So naturally, if anyone had heard some scuttlebutt about Mark Davis and Goodmans, it would be Scott Roeben. In fact, ROEBEN was the one who tipped off the media that Mark Davis was in Oscar Good office on 12-5-2020.
Word is, Sapphire is being acquired by Resorts World. Rumors are circulating they need more parking.
VEGAS: What Happens Here, Stays Here" Will Have to WaitDue to death of Kobe Bryant. Steve Hill Chairs the LVCVA & Chairs the Las Vegas Stadium AuthorityThere must not be enough qualified people in Las Vegas. Everyone has to do more than one job. Tommy White is the treasure at local 872 & he's also on the oversight committee. I wonder if Las Vegas' delivery guys have to double as the receiving department too?
Raiders Naming Violates NFL RulesWere you surprised that the RJ finally admitted a roof delay?
Thats called writing your local Governor. And newspaper publisher and every news outlet in NYC and LA. Eventually the pressure got to the paper so they had to print a delay. In response, Raiders made surprise announcement renaming the Raiders the Las Vegas Raiders in violation of NFL rules. Everyone who knows the NFLK knows you cannot publish the new cities name until the beginning then NFL's fiscal year - March 18. Was this a response in panic? Or was this to apply pressure on Don Webb to get the stadium done on time? Because shortly thereafter, reports that the roof raising began circulating on Twitter last week. Lets hope they did't jump the gun on the roof raising. And Carolyn Goodman. Huh? Supposedly, they have nothing to do with the Stadium. The last thing My Dad said to me before he died was, “This town is full of crooks”. By this town, he was referring to Las Vegas. By crooks, he meant EVERYONE.
JediRich.com Lesbians in the 1990s were anti-everything. As a collective they behaved like a 13 year old adolescent boy. Shaved head, hats on sideways and ill-fitting clothes. Add a cigarette dangling from your mouth and there you go - you're a lesbian in the 90s. It was a good look, minus the anti-sex. We can't blame the 1990 lesbians for being anti-sex. It was the 90s. The AIDS panic of the 1980s had dissipated by the mid 1990s. But the ant-sex behavior remained in full swing. Countering the anti-sex monument was Eminem, aka Slim Shady aka Marshall Mathers (M & M). Marshall Mathers was just normal boy who lacked everything. He lacked finesse. He lacked filters. He lacked "political correctness". Political correctness was the term used to censor people's thoughts. Instead of calling someone a "bitch", the politically correct term would be "demanding", "aloof", "insensitive", "selfish", "greedy", etc. However, George Orwell prefers simplicity: he would choose BITCH. IT sums it it up and also lets the person know how you feel. Thats why the word exists. Aa a result of Slim Shady calling lesbians "bitches", they began another "anti" movement. They attacked their best ally: hip hop. Women are oppressed. Blacks are oppressed. But black women are the most oppressed. And black lesbian women are the strongest in any given group. I hate generalize, but I don't hate to generalize. Thats part of the "mental censorship" created by the political correctness movement. We have to generalize in order to see patterns. If you think that is stereotyping or racists then wake up - you are prejudging people whether you want to or not. Is the write of this article white or black or male or female? Would that change whether or not you agree with the tone of this article?
Sources say that Alex Cordova is currently under federal investigation . We imagine it has something to do with the 1 billion dollar project Jon Gray was hired to managed, including a botched day-club/nightclub renovation costing in excess of $100 million. That's a lot of money to manage for a guy who was a branding manager for NIKE in Portland, Oregon just a few months before. ![]() Alex Cordova worked for Wynn Nightlife. Alex is suspected in conspiring with Jon Gray, the GM from the Palms Casino, to skim millions of dollars off a th world largest DJ contract: $60 million to DJ Marshmello for 2 years. Marshmello never played a show but walked away with over $28 million - of investor money. One look at Jon Gray makes you wonder if he cared about the KAOS day / night club at all. Basically, it appears that there were two guys who tried to scam the investors of the Palms Casino in Las Vegas by overpaying for ridiculous contracts and then skimming off the top. Its' very obvious that Jon Gray though that by mismanaging funds that were entrusted to them by the Ferritas brothers, no one would notice his stupidity. They would just assume he was an ineffective GM who botched $200 million night club, and maybe more if Alex Cordova hadn't got caught. The Palms is owned by Red Rock Resorts (NASDAQ:RRR). The billionaire Ferritas brothers hold the majority of the shares of RRR.
