Sugar Addiction is the Cause of Bulimia and Anorexia
Anorexia and bulimia are natural reactions to the foods you are eating. When someone consumes a diet that consists mostly of fruit, gluten, grains, dairy and GMOs, then the brain will naturally reject that food.
But the sugar in the food is also addictive. One must view themselves as a sugar addict. Just like an alcoholic must abstain from drinking the tiniest bit of alcohol, the anorexic or bulimic must abstain from eating any sugar (alcohol is also a sugar and artificial sweeteners are GMOs). So if you eliminate the sugar and GMOs from the foods you are eating (or not eating), then your brain won't crave you to be anorexic (or bulimic) and you can be free (and thin) again.
