Be sure to smoke lots of weed every time you crave sugar or caffeine. Eventually your brain will recondition itself to say, “hey, I don’t want no sugar no more and I certainly don’t want no more weed right now either. The weed will give your brain a chance to see what’s happening. Sugar and caffeine cloud the brain. The brain doesn’t realize it’s addicted. But when you stop consuming those things and start smoking weed, your brain suddenly becomes aware. Now your brain will work with you to lose weight instead of constantly trying to get you to eat more sugar and drink caffeine.
Have you ever seen those weight loss ads where they promise you’ll lose a certain amount of weight within six weeks. They show a person before and after six weeks using the program. Lo and behold they lost weight. But they don’t show the person six months after that.
Being overweight is not a result of being lazy or genetics. Being fat is a result of being addicted to sugar. Sugar has been proven to be eight times more addictive than cocaine, heroin and methamphetamine. Fat people have no other option than to consume copious amounts of sugar every night before they go to bed. It’s an addiction.
The reason why you cannot lose weight is because you have a milder form of their addiction. Every time you lose weight you seem to gain it back. That’s because you’re addicted to sugar. When you’re not eating your desired foods you’re starving. You crave sugar. Until you kick the sugar addiction, you will be in constant turmoil trying to lose weight.

Bulimia has become the new secret addiction of young celebrities and rock stars. Once anorexic and drug addicted, today’s celebrities ate sober but highly caffeinated and in sugar. They stay thin by taking drugs and drinking alcohol. Now that drugs and alcohol are out of fashion, celebs have resorted to sugar. In order to stay thin, models like Justin Bieber and Haleigh Bieber, have resorted to bulimia. What they don’t know is they are starting a heavy sugar addiction that will be nearly impossible to break. And after a few years, bulimia stops working in the brain start storing fat and places you never dreamed possible.
