Diamond Resorts

The Jedi booked a room @diamondresorts. I picked the wrong dates. When I called to change the dates, they wanted to more for the same room even tho the room is available at the same rate. I said cancel and we will rebook. They said no refunds.

@WellsFargo Am I entitled to a refund?
