Enjoying Local Art

Panama celebrated it's 500th birthday last August 15th, 2019. Panama was founded 501 years ago, but it did not receive independence from Spain until 1821.  In 1671, British Pirate Henry Morgan successfully defeated the Spanish army and in the process of looting Casco Viejo,, his men accidentally burned the the city to the ground.
