It’s not how you look, it’s how you feel

It’s not about how you look, it’s how you feel. Sugar addicts are constantly in a state of needing sugar. A fat person’s brain spends more time thinking about food than anything else. They get tired, irritable and depressed when there is not sugar in their bloodstream.

Being fat is a result of behavioral decisions. There is a myth that fat people are born fat. Show me a fat person and I’ll show you a person who’s eating sugar. No one is born fat. Metabolism depends on what you eat. If you eat a bunch of carbohydrates then your metabolism will seem to be “slower” because eating sugar makes your body go into “fat storing mode”. Likewise, if you eat a bunch of carbohydrates and vomit then your body goes into starvation mode. It may appear that you have a “fast” metabolism because you can eat a box of donuts. But every time you eat sugar your body will immediately store fat before you can vomit.

By only eating beef with no carbohydrates or sugar, I managed to kick my sugar addiction and lose 175 pounds. It wasn’t easy. Everywhere you look there are images of donuts, cakes and ice cream. And sandwiches, burgers and fries. But once off sugar, I can think clearly again.
