Las Vegas is run by the construction companies who do not care if the finished project succeeds or not. All they care about is finishing the project on time to get their completion bonuses. That’s why all you hear is “Vegas is Back”

Resorts World was sold the Boyd Gaming property in 2013 when Las Vegas was seeing a boom related to the popularity of EDM Dance music. XS, Hakkasan, Marquee and Tao were generating over $300 million annually. This accounted for 40 percent of Wynn total revenue. I’m not saying anything but when three nightclubs in Vegas are bringing in 10 times more than top nightclubs in New York and Miami, you have to scratch your head. I’m not saying someone was money laundering, but the club business suddenly vanished by 2019 after the several construction projects were initiated based on 2015 numbers. Kaos Nightclub, the Lucky Dragon, SLS, and the Palms remodel opened and closed between 2014 and 2019.
