A bulimia body will never be a fit body

Jedi Joy is an example of a normal, female human body. Jedi Joy does not consume gluten, dairy, added sugars, sodas, energy drinks, caffeine, nicotine or alcohol. She has only drank water since March 24th, 2018. There is only one reason you are overweight: it’s because you consume too much sugar. It does not matter your age, gender, rave, re;igion or sexual orientation. Being fat is only a result of consuming food that have too much sugar aka unhealthy foods, junk food, processed food, fast food, etc.

Vegans have the highest sugar intake than any other diet

A vegan diet consists of carbs, sugar and fat. Protein is very difficult to get a s a vegan. The protein you get from plants is called gluten. Gluten is a concentrated extraction of the seed protein. This seed protein is similar to a coconut. While a coconut does have protein, the ratio is off. For soy: 1 serving will give you 11g of protein and 10g of carbs 3g of fat. The protein is great, but the ratio tells your body to store fat. This is evolutionary. When meat is scarce, that means that winter is coming. If winter is coming, you will need to get fat for survival. Since those days, we have invented sweaters. So we don't burn off the calories during winter to stay warm like we did back in the day.

The key to keeping your body producing ketones for energy instead of relying upon sugar consumption is to have low amounts of insulin in your bloodstream. Insulin makes you feel tired, sluggish, irritable and makes you gain weight. How? When you consume sugar, the brain immediately wants the get the sugar out of your bloodstream. The very first sense on the tounge is sweetness, thereby alerting the brain to produce insulin. When the brain senses that you are consuming sugar (ie: anything sweet) the brain will instruct the pancreas to produce insulin. Insulin is a hormone that removes glucose (sugar) from the bloodstream and allows glucose to enter the skeleton & muscle cells. This makes you fat. High amounts of insulin in the bloodstream will convert small molecules in the cells into large molecules. This why you literally get “bigger” every year. Conversely, low amounts of insulin in the blood will convert large molecules into smaller molecules, thereby making you smaller.

Vegans are very susceptible to bulimia

Quitting being Vegan will not be easy. You will have intense sugar, fat and salt cravings. And if you have been a vegan for years, there's a good chance that you have also intestinal candida. If you get a lot of yeast infections or foot fungus, then most likely you have a fungus in your gut that makes you want to eat more sugar, fruit and vegetables called intestinal candida. The fungus in your gut will make you want to vomit in order to avoid becoming obese. To kill off the candida overgrowth, you must abstain from all sugars & caffeine.

Carbs: 45%
Protein: 41%
Fat: 13%
Unless you are a triathlete, there is no way that you can maintain a normal, healthy human weight as a vegan.
