I often wonder why I waited so long to stop eating sugar. It was because I was depressed. The fatter I got, the more depressed I got. The more depressed I got, the more I craved sugar. The more sugar I ate, the more depressed I got. The more depressed I got the more I craved sugar. And so on. I understand how hard it can be to kick an addiction when you are depressed.
