The Naked Jedi diet is not for everyone. It requires you to stop eating sugar, caffeine, alcohol, ice cream candy cake syrup, cupcakes muffins, smoothies etc. etc. instead- eat only protein. Preferably organic beef. By eating only organic beef and drinking mineral water and abstaining from caffeine and sugar you will naturally go back to your childhood weight. If you’re fat as a kid then you will go back to weight that you never experienced before. But it takes time. Body transformations do not happen overnight. You must discipline yourself. Stay focused.
