Ok. The reason you do not hear the everyone in the press screaming "Sugar causes cancer" is because sugar does not cause cancer. The solution to cancer is to stop consuming sugar and caffeine. Insulin is proving to be the cause of cancer in patients who are obese and patients who have Insulin Resistance. But who want's to tell their viewers to stop eating ice cream. Have you ever tried to take candy away from a baby? They scream.
Bulimia has become acceptable. Bulimics do not view eating and vomitnig as harmful. Justin and Hailey Bieber are perfect example of a happily married couple who spends their days ordering food and vomiting. Julie Chen Moonves on CBS' big brother has been bulimic for years. Celine Dion is an example of how bulimia can make a person look sickly but they think they look great. That's because bulimics are sugar addicts. Sugar is a drug that puts you in a state of bliss. You feel powerful, great, and everything is wonderful when you eat sugar. It's addicting.
Health should be the priority of news media today
Sugar *seems* to taste so good is because humans prefer sugar more than cocaine. Sugar stimulates the brain's pleasure center 8 times more than cocaine when tested on lab rats. Mice were given the choice between sucrose, fructose, saccharin and cocaine. The mice would always choose sugar over cocaine, even in mice that were addicted to cocaine.
We stopped eating carbs a year ago and we feel great
We discovered that when we do *not* eat carbohydrates, fruits or vegetables (except to carb cycle as once a month as necessary) then we feel better. Sugar is like a drug to humans. One tastes changes your metabolism from being a meat eating warrior into a berry eating gatherer. Your body produces insulin. Insulin makes you feel sluggish.

Sugar stimulates the brain's pleasure center. This is because high amounts of sugar are very difficult obtain in the wild. Humans (and other mammals) seeking food would choose a berry over a leaf because the berry had sugar. The sugar tells the brain the berries have more calories than the leaf. Eat more berries. Wild berries are difficult to get. They are usually in small quantities in a large amount of thorny brush. This made getting berries difficult. It would be an all-day task for a human to fill a carton with a pint of black berries. Today, we just walk into a Whole Foods.
Sound confusing? It might be easier to view it as a process. Sugar does not cause cancer directly. Insulin causes cancer. Sugar & caffeine make your body produce insulin. Insulin is a super powerful hormone. In high doses, insulin will make you pass out or even die.
Humans that could find sugar survived
Humans that were able to find sugar (fruits, vegetables, roots and nuts) were able to survive during the times when meat was scarce. Sugar stimulates the brains pleasure center to let the humans know which items had the most calories. Today, a grocery store is over 90% sugar, carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables, pasta, grains and dairy. The butcher section is often in the back of the store, after you walk past all the sugary loaded foods.

Today, sugar is available in mass quantities. Over the past 100 years, humans who ate sugar became addicted. Their brain functions and body physiology changed. They need sugar to avoid feeling the sugar withdrawals that we call "low blood sugar" or "hypoglycemia". They get cranky, irritable, mean, and tired when they do not have sugar. A candy bar usually suffices the addicts overwhelming desire for sugar.
That was 100 years ago. When these addicted parents raised their children in the 1950s, they fed them more sugar than they were fed. When those parents raised their children in thew 1980s, they needed even more sugar. When those parents raised their kids in the 2000's they gave us Billie Eilish.
Billie Elish is obese and she is not even 20 years old. Her life will be filled complications related to obesity and she will be getting fatter each year. No one feels good when they are fat. It's not just vanity. When you get fat, your body goes through a process of producing insulin to extract the sugar from your veins and put the sugar into your muscles, tissues, and cells for energy. This process feels very different than when your body has low amounts of insulin. When your body has low amounts of insulin in the bloodstream then catabolization can occur. Catabolization is the metabolic process when large molecules are converted to smaller molecules and energy is produced. You feel this when you are not eating very much and you work out at the gym. However, eating calories and going to the gym to maintain a healthy weight is not sustainable. As you get older, you will need more calories to get to the gym. As you eat more calories, your brain still gets the "pleasure" from the food. When you stop working out, your brain will still crave the same amount of sugar (if not more) as when you were working out. You will get fat unless you keep working out more each day.
Sugar addiction is generational. Unlike cocaine that will make you addicted within a couple uses, sugar takes years. When a child is born, parent would breast feed. Now they give them formula, sugar. 100 years ago, parents would eat a small piece of chocolate and hide it in the cupboard. Today, parents have cases of candy bars available for children to eat at their leisure. ![]()
Parents today were raised by parents who were addicted to sugar. And their parents were addicted to sugar. Today's parents are not teaching their children the dangers of sugar addiction because they are also addicts. Today's children consume sugar without guilt remorse or fear of health issues. They are not even worried about being called fat because that is not allowed. Instead, we reward people who get fat with praise, pretzels and pizza.

Sugar addicts are like any other drug addict. They live in denial. They do not want to hear that sugar is bad for you. Well, it's not. Sugar is not bad for you. The insulin it produces when you eat sugar is bad for you. Vomiting only makes it worse. A person who eats a ton of sugar get sa blast of insulin. When they commit the food, their is an imbalance of insulin the bloodstream. This insulin will cause breast cancer, prostate cancer, ovarian cancer, stomach cancer, throat cancer and many more. The cure is to stop eating sugar.
But why won't you hear anyone say that on T.V?
Look at the people on T.V. They are obese or overweight. The thin people on T.V. are most likely bulimic. Ut's easy to identify a bulimic when you know the signs. The reporters, journalists, news anchors, producers, station managers and all the way up to the top are addicted to caffeine and sugar. The sponsors of local news are restaurants, fast food, candy, ice cream and food delivery services. Telling them to stop eating sugar would be like telling a room full of drunks the evils of alcohol.
