Jedi Joy Lightowler could consume over 5000 calories a day yet only weighed 110 pounds by vomiting her meals. But after a few years of vomiting, bulimia stops working. Bulimics will begin to develop fat in the most unusual places. Jedi Joy experienced what is known as bulimia bloat. That’s when you eat and vomit but your belly bloats like a ballon. This is caused by intestinal candida overgrowth. Candida is a fungus that grows when you consume excess sugars, dairy, yeast, etc. Candida lives on sugar. Candida will even make you crave more sugar. The fungus has the ability to send signals to your brain that make you think you want sugar. But it’s the Candida calling for more sugar. So it’s a natural reaction for many women to vomit after eating.
