Do you know that feeling when you’re “craving something” but you’re not really hungry so you don’t know what to eat? You’re describing the symptoms of the beginnings of a sugar addiction.
An sugar addiction is like someone hijacked my brain until
A sugar addiction is when a person constantly craves sugar, salt, fat, grains, fruit, dairy alcohol & caffeine. Early signs of the onset of a sugar addiction are the occasional cravings without being hungry. Images of food or smells of bread when you walk into a store will trigger the sugar addict. A full blown sugar adddict will not be able to watch TV. Most of the ads shown during prime time are for food products, candy, coffee and food delivery services like GrubHub or Uber Eats. An Uber eats ad is loaded with triggers for sugar addicts. With delivery, sugar addicts can consume more sugar without the embarrassment of others seeing how much sugar you order in a restaurant.
The Power of Sugar & Advertising
As soon as chewing gum ads started showing people chewing two pieces of gum at once, sales doubled instantly. That’s because people also started to chew two pieces at a time, just like they’d seen on TV. But the viewers are completely unaware they are copying the behaviors they saw on the black mirror (flat screen TV).
What do you think happens to your brain when you see a bikini model, like Kate Upon or Charlotte McKinney, eating fast food? Unknowingly, your brain learns that eating fat food will make you thin and beautiful. What the advertisers do not show is the models vomiting the food they are telling you to eat.
What’s Wrong With Vomiting After Eating?
Sugar addiction is the cause for bulimia. Bulimics have lost the ability to control which foods they eat. Once a bulimic starts eating sugar, they cannot stop eating. Bulimia allows a person to become more serverly addicted to sugar than ever humanly possible. Bulimics can eat up to 100 times the amount of sugar that a normal human eats. The sugar feeds the fungus. As the grows, the craving air sugar become insurmountable.

eat the sugar first, the carbs then fat.
the fungus cannot survive if you eat a pure protein diet. But one grain of sugar will be enough to make favorable conditions for a severe fungus (candida) overgrown. Kill the candida overgrowth and you’ll stop craving sugar.
