Backstory: Why Do Oakland Fans Hate Las Vegas Raiders Fans?
The negativity stems from the Las Vegas Raiders having had two previous relationships with two other cities; one with Oakland and another, short-term affair, with Los Angeles from 1982-1994.
And like the children from a divorced marriage; the fans are bitter. The Oakland fans are jealous that the Vegas Raiders have a brand new, shiny stadium. The Vegas fans are bitter because they feel that the taxes imposed by the Raiders are burdening the businesses on the strip. And the L.A. fans are bitter because they hate everybody.

Each city has its own flair for arts & entertainment; Oakland is known for groovy beats, fun and entertaining yet politically charged lyrics with artist such as E-40, the Digital Underground and Michael Franti.
Los Angeles made it's mark in music history with N.W.A. & initiated a revolution that changed music, entertainment, film... & society ...forever. Ice-Cube was an initial FOUNDER of the group N.W.A.

In memory of Byron Lee Williams and Max Jordan Garcia who were wrongfully murdered in 2019 by Las Vegas Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and S.O.S. Security with no reasonable explanation.
Max was a 27-year-old, semi-homeless man who was shot 15 times on surveillance cameras while sleeping in front of a Best Buy n September 2019. Max Jordan was a free–spirit with a big infectious personality. Consequently, he just walked to the beat of his own drum. Those who knew him called him a charismatic and charming young man who was stylish and fashionably savvy from head to toe. In September 2019, Byron William was riding a bicycle at 5am in September 2019 when two metro officers stopped him for riding without a safety light. Subsequently, two metro officers put Byron in a choke hold until they crushed his neck. Byron's death was determined to be a homicide while in custody the by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department . Sheriff Joe Lombardo, Mayor Goodman, The City Council nor any County Commissioners have addressed the issues at the overstaffed Police Department. And it's getting worse.

These stories are buried in the local media because Sheldon Adelson, the owner of the Venetian and the 44th wealthiest man in the world, bought Vegas' only newspaper in 2015. Crime has gotten exponentially worse since then. Las Vegas has seen a spike in corporate corruption, police scandals and of course, there was Mandalay Bay Shooting two years ago. Recently, last week, there was a mall shooting at Fashion Show mall at rush hour on the Las Vegas strip.

Two metro officers use a choke hold to show all the tourists on Las Vegas the strip how LVMPD deals with uncooperative subjects.The Metro officers actually threatened the person taking the video. As a side note, this department is disgrace when it comes to public appearance.

How the System Works in VegasLas Vegas started as a 'speed trap' on the way to an from L.A. and not much has changed since.
Everyone knows Vegas is a scam. But not everyone knows to what level. The LVMPD is tough on crime; unless you're the mayor's grandson.
Captain Nick Farese of the Las Vegas Metropolitan police department was put on administrative leave after it was discovered that he intentionally botched the blood evidence of a deadly DUI crash involving the former mayor of Las Vegas' grandson, Scott Gragson.
This just one example where a 20 year veteran of the LVMPD was protecting the Mayor's image rather than protecting the citizens of Las Vegas. And it gets worse. In November 2019, the Mayor passed a law making it illegal to be homeless in Las Vegas. And the cops use choke holds to subdue their subject who are conducting minor violations.
The victim in the case with Nic Farese was 36 year old Melissa Newton who was traveling in the backseat when Gragson crashed into her on Flamingo and Town Center Drive.

Capt. Nick Farese of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department botched the blood evidence that would lead to the conviction of DUI murder suspect, Scott Gragson. Farese botched the bold sample because Gragson is the former mayors grandson.
Captain Nick Farese is still on paid administrative leave. That means he's been on paid vacation since May 31, 2019.
